The customer-focused design appears geared toward special moments and big life experiences. You can’t do better than Roman for a Jersey-based jeweler with gorgeous rings and necklaces or even a Rolex or two.

Always a phenomenal experience when we come here! My fiance came here with an idea of my engagement ring in mind and although there wasn’t something like that in stock, Romina helped him through the entire process of making a custom ring. Romina is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!

We then both went back to have my ring resized and Romina spent a lot of time discussing wedding bands with us.

Flash forward a few more months and we were ready to pick out our wedding bands. Romina helped us again, which was amazing because we’ve had such wonderful experiences with her. She helped us understand the pros and cons of our options and found what would suit us best. They even offered to honor a future sale price for us, which was so incredibly kind! Service is exceptional and we will definitely be back!

Roman Jewelers has been my go-to for the last several years. The quality of their inventory and the customer services is fantastic. Gregg in particular has been an amazing in getting to know our preferred styles, providing guidance and always making herself available when needed.

While I knew about Roman Jewelers. I realize now I did not know them! I had a very specific need and Roman jewelers found exactly what I wanted. While I was shopping I must have met everyone for Sofie, who is a wonderful person, to the GM Lucy who knows the business and what customer service is all about.

All of the people are great at Roman's. My sales person was Gregg, I would highly recommend her. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed .She was very familiar with what I was looking for and it made me very comfortable making my purchase.

I regret not becoming a loyal customer sooner, you can bet I am now and going forward!

I needed something extra special for my father’s 70th birthday, a special watch that is not just sitting on the shelf! I reached out to Dori and explained what I was looking for and what the occasion was for! She was thrilled to be able to help me out. After a few months of keeping in touch (she was amazing about communicating) and right before his birthday, she came thru for me and found what I was looking for! Kenny from Roman Jewelers is an absolute legend! He managed to snag my dream Rolex in less than a day, just in time for my wedding. Absolutely unheard of - I know people who have been on the waiting list for two years. This watch was sold out everywhere, but Kenny worked his magic and got it for me with lightning speed, even though we walked in with four minutes to spare a day ago. His kindness and dedication are unmatched—he genuinely put my happiness above everything else. Thanks to him, my wedding day will be complete with the perfect timepiece. Kenny, you're the real MVP! Such a phenomenal person too - he’s a true asset to Roman Jewelers. My family is officially forbidden from visiting another Rolex dealer lol - we will only be buying through Kenny.

I recently went to Roman Jewelers to inquire about a watch for my husband's 40th birthday. The entire staff was welcoming when I walked in, and I was assisted by Angela, who was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind, extremely knowledgeable about timepieces and very patient with the questions I had. She took the extra time and effort to be helpful and kind (especially to my two kids that were with me).

The service here was incredible they took time to get to know us and find out what we both liked - they didn’t make us feel any pressure at all to buy. A nice bonus is that we also were able to get my husbands ring re sized and they offer free cleanings of your rings!
