La Piazza

We went to La Piazza recently with my wife's family. They have a wide selection of Italian favorites. The food here is quite good and lots of selection to choose from. If you're on a diet there are definitely different seafood and salad options to consider. I had the grouper special when we were there and enjoyed it a great deal. They were very busy when we arrived and we had about a 35 minute wait prior to being seated. Be aware that they're parking is very limited at La Piazza, but you can park behind a neighboring church. There isn't a lot of additional seating, so if there is a wait be prepared to stand. Our server was rather busy when we were there and appeared to be a bit distracted with less attention to detail than I would like, but given the busyness of the restaurant at that time, it is at least somewhat understandable. If you're looking for a quiet dinner this may not be your place as it was rather noisy in the dining area. This may be better when it's not so crowded, but I couldn't tell you when that is. All in all, good food at a reasonable price; and acceptable service. I expect we will be returning.

My family's favorite Italian restaurant is simply delightful. The bread basket is so good, with rich butter or olive oil infused with Italian spices. The kids enjoy Pepperoni pizza and the children's meal with smiley face potato bites. The delicious food, impeccable service, and cozy restaurant atmosphere make it a definite go-to place for us again!

This is one of the best Italian Restaurants in the Trenton area. If you don't see it on the menu, they will try to accommodate you. The food is exceptional and the service even better.
I highly recommend this place.

Austin was our server and he was very friendly and tentative! ALL staff was a delight and was a very well oiled machine! From the minute you walk in you are greeted and well taken care of. Food was phenomenal and came out quick and hot! Everything was fresh and authentically homemade! We’ll be back very soon!

MUST TRY PLACE!!! It was my first time there and it was so good experience, food was great, service was excellent and their prices are good too. We had bomba, wood fired pizza and a dessert, which was icecream covered in chocolate and everything was tasty. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went to NJ for work. Stopped by this place before heading to the airport. A simple slice of mushrooms pizza. Bring me back home to NJ. You can't get pizza like this in Atlanta.

This place is EXCELLENT! Seafood is fresh and pizza was excellent. Service was great. An absolutely amazing restaurant! I've gone for big family dinners, events, and date nights. Perfect place ❤

Our family has been eating here for years, because it’s just so dang good! Italian food done right. Their Tri-Color tortellini is off the charts good (mushrooms, prosciutto, and asparagus in a creamy parmigiana cheese sauce) and you can’t go wrong with any of their pizzas. This past trip I got a slice of the Loco White Pizza which has French fries, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, and Buffalo sauce on it. Gotta love NJ pizza!

What a great spot. Good casual ambience with yummy food. The calamari is great, the pastas are delicious, but the pizza takes the Cake as best thing on the menu. We also had mussels in red sauce and those were amazing, and la Piazza is very generous with the portions. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a good casual Italian place that will have great food at a good price.

Wonderful food, love the vodka sauce 😋. Love the murals and architecture inside! Parking is a bit difficult but you can park behind the church which is 2 doors down not a far walk at all!

Great place to visit for some good Italian cuisine. Wide range of pastas, pizza, soups and salads are available. Staff is friendly and service is above average. The ambience is amazing and sets the mood for the evening.

EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE STAFF TO SEAT YOU NO EXCEPTIONS.

That is my only complaint about this establishment. I don't understand why, if you are missing a couple of people, they won't seat you.
You can be ordering apps with drinks while your extras are on the way. ( this policy sucks)
If you have a large group, they will add in a gratuity to the bill. So there's no misunderstanding.

The food is excellent and so is the service. I recommend this restaurant.

Parking fills up quickly, if so you can park in the municipal lot or the church lot nearby.

I normally don’t do these, but i had to! La piazza is amazing. First of all, the guy at the counter is always so kind and friendly. Secondly, their food is just always great. I work on Main Street so i go often for pizza and salad. I decided to try the pasta e fagiolio today and when i tell you it is now my favorite! I’m 100% Italian so i have had this many many times. This soup is so great. Thanks guys!

Every time I’m back in New Jersey this is one of the first places I go. It’s a great spot for meeting family and friends. The food is always up to my expectations. We all enjoy it. Looking forward to my next meal there!

We had a family gathering here. Fun atmosphere. Food was yummy. Good options for kids, adults, and those with dietary restrictions. Would go again!

I loved this restaurant! My friends and I came pretty late in the evening and nonetheless, we had a great time. Tracy, our server, was attentive and very patient with our group!! We will definitely we back soon!

Excellent service, very reasonable prices, perfect portions, and tasty. We stopped here on a whim and were not disappointed! Our server was prompt, kind, attentive, and helpful. The food was the perfect temperature, tasted amazing, was presented beautifully, and an amazing value. The atmosphere was beautiful, with soft music, hand painted scenes on the wall, physical rails used to enhance painted balconies, and very comfortable seating. I can not say anymore, you need to experience this for yourself!

Our dinner was incredible. We come here everytime we visit Six Flags. Everything is delicious. This is absolutely are favorite restaurant.

Wonderful food and service. We received bread, butter and oil/herbs quickly. After that,, it took a while for us to get a server but once we did, we were rolling. We tried the gnocchi sorrento and the rigatoni francescana and they were both delicious! I had the fagioli soup and its the best one I've had. The salad was also good quality and fresh. Sad to say we aren't from around here, so we won't be able to frequent this business and try the great looking pizza. But if my review helps this business and locals and travelers find this place, then I am sharing a gem with the world. Go visit this place. It's a very comfortable dine in experience.

Great find on drive home from vacation. Service was fantastic and food was delicious. So many options…you can’t go wrong.
