My first ever charm bracelet purchase was so magical!! Before, I had never considered ever getting one, that is until my girlfriend brought me in. The associates were immensely kind and very doting on me; patient when I took a good amount of time to choose, and informative when I had a question.

Helpful salesperson. Gave me tips about my bracelet and gave it a much needed cleaning. Considering the store is small, I didn't feel rushed. Try to go early if you're getting a gift for any major holiday. Otherwise you'll need to stand in line outside. That's at any location.

I recently brought my friend here, who shopped at Pandora in malls located in Woodbridge and Edison. She was very disappointed in their service. Once she entered this location, she said, 'I'm home. This is my new home store.'

The assistant manager, Timka, was so nice and so welcoming. The whole time she was helping picking out a gift for my sis we were laughing, trading stories, and I left the store feeling more happy then I came in. Thank you again and will definitely will be coming back!

Went here last Saturday just for my daughter to find out about some earrings she was interested in. Olivia was amazing and so was the other girl who was in the store ( I can't remember her name) my daughter left the store very happy with new earrings and charms..
