I would give. Zero if Google allowed me to. Worst sales person ever in Bridgewater commons mall NJ. On Friday evening 9/02/22 at 7:40 PM, the lady on the counter was the rudest person ever. We went to avail the insurance as my one year old lost her ear ring and her piercing was closed. While selling the insurance, we weren't told the details that piercing if the earring is lost is not covered. This lady was not ready to even speak to us after just telling us once that she can't pierce unless we get the lost earrings. No explanations no solutions. We kept asking her if she could pierce with another pair we had at home or with the other earring of the same pair. She just kept counting her cash and ignoring us.Weve always had great experience before and always recommended this place to everyone but just one bad salesperson can change your views completely. Recommend to completely avoid Bridgewater commons piercing pagoda at any cost. Owners and Managers please train your employees to treat the customers respectfully not just when they are coming to buy something new but also when they come to avail other facilities or returns.

So I went here about a month ago and was told by one of the girls that I had until Jan 2023 to get my daughters ears redone all I needed to do was bring back the earrings as she looked up my receipt then spoke to me. Today I go and spoke to Kelly and she saw an issue so she went to the lady who said I look familiar stating that I did not get the warranty. On the piercings nor on an nose ring. Which I know for a fact I got the warranty when I had my daughters ears done because of softball. They became rude saying no. I said okay what are your names and I got even more attitude from Kelly and the other one. Kelly thought she would be cute and tell me the name of the company when I asked what are your names not company. Even got a mean look again! I had to walk back to get the earrings because they forgot to give them back and continued to get mean looks and while walking away they had a comment to each other. Plain out RUDE this is THE SECOND time they have done this to me thought I would give it another shot and I should have known better. SMH on this place as always saying one thing and then doing the total opposite!

Waited for over an hour on 1/3/23 at around 6pm, workers abandoned their post, left trash

Rude staff. Weren't helpful at all.

Kept me waiting for 20 minutes and then told me they were closed once it was finally my turn in line.
