I have my 2 Ford ALWAYS serviced at Lester Glenn in Ocean. From entry to exit the service is excellent! They are always welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and also friendly. They answer all my questions, give me options and keep me well informed and up to date on the services that my vehicles are receiving. Very happy with the work that I had done

They didn’t check my tire pressure and also didn’t reset the oil life monitoring system after paying for “The Works” oil change/vehicle inspection. Been coming here for years and this is the last straw…

Lester Glenn over-charges and under-delivers.

This service department is so difficult to deal with. We’ve leased two Escapes and bought an Escape from the dealership, which was great. But the attitude from the lady at the service desk is horrible. Brought the car in last week due to a faulty cooler relay, same problem. We had three years ago. They tell us the issue it is covered by the warranty, but they are charging us $100 deductible to fix a $20 part that takes two seconds to change. The same part needed to be replaced three years ago. We dropped off the car this morning, maybe they’ll have it done tomorrow. I will not be buying another Ford from Lester Glenn because I do not want to deal with the service department.

I came down to pick up customer vehicle, and have to say that their customer service is horrible, disappointed with dealership.
