Loved loved loved! Me and my boyfriend came for the weekend and after a day of waterfall hiking we were famished. Came here and it didn’t disappoint! Server was excellent! Very good at describing food and flavor! We got the short ribs and the salmon meal and split them! I can’t pick which one I liked better it was that good! Would recommend to anyone! It had outdoor seating ! It had take out eat in! The older building was beautiful! Had a lot of character! We sat by the window loved watching the hustle and bustle of the area!

I stumbled across this place while trying to find an Italian restaurant. We had called ahead to inquire about a reservation and was told that nothing was available until late but that the outdoor patio was fcfs. When we showed up the patio was full but they had tables available inside. A little confusing based on what we were previously told but good news regardless. The majority of the inside was empty so we got a nice big booth.

We started with an order of calamari and a couple salads. The calamari was nicely breaded and crispy, complete with fried cherry peppers and a tasty marinara sauce.

For dinner I had the penne alla vodka with shrimp and my gf got the chicken parm. The penne alla vodka was in my top 2, if not the best I've ever had. The shrimp was fresh and well cooked and the pasta to sauce ratio was perfect.

The service was also exceptional. The whole restaurant industry is suffering from a shortage of workers right now but you would never know it here. The staff was very attentive and I haven't had service like this since covid began. My water glass was never even close to being empty and the food came out quick.

Don't miss this hidden gem if you are in Ithaca.

Best meal we had all week. Steak was juicy and doneness was as I asked. Scallops were done well and tasted fresh. Potatoes were tasty. And the dessert was good too.

In downtown Ithaca modestly located an excellent steakhouse. The space decorated in heavy wood gives a feeling of relaxation.
The service is professional and above all, the steaks we ate were delicious and made to the right degree.
As guests in town it was a nice surprise for us.

An exceptional dinner! I would highly recommend the Crackling calamari, Blackened shrimp, and the Grilled Apple and walnut salad. We usually order several dishes and take some leftovers home, no leftovers tonight- the food was that good.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. The Calamari was very well done. Lemoney and crispy batter. One of the best calamari I have had.
The burrata was very simple and refreshing and the high quality ingredients spoke for them selves. Finally the Tiramasu was adequate, nothing to write home about. Overall will highly recommend.

Fantastic gnocchi made in house. Fries were crispy, salty, and hot.. just perfect! Outdoor seating is nice on a day with good weather. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was ready quickly.

Came here for lunch. Had the burger and the chicken parmesan sandwich with fries and I will say the food is above average for sure. The atmosphere and service was also very delightful. Definitely would like to come back for dinner and try their homemade pasta!

September 3rd.
Food was outstanding. Took my lady to my hometown.The Bone in ribeye is my weakness and this was a damn good one. Was cooked perfect, not a lot of fat at all. Deja was our server. She had a great sense of humor and did an all around great job.

The tuscan spicy pappardelle was sooo good! Ditto for the cheesy garlic bread. It was packed but our server was amazingly attentive. Great experience!

Nice restaurant, good atmosphere. Burger was good but skip the filet mignon. Beer was good too. Street parking is limited however 1 block away is a parking structure available for a fee.

What a lovely little gem of a restaurant! The service was fantastic and the food was memorably delicious. Everyone had the Faroe Island Salmon, which was recommended by our waitress, and she certainly steered us right. The pairing with the risotto cake was perfect, and made the salmon extra tasty. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse cake, which is perfect for the chocolate lover, and the tiramisu, which was an equally delightful, lighter option. Outdoor and well spaced indoor seating made this the perfect restaurant in which to unwind and have a scrumptious meal after a long day of hiking nearby. Very highly recommended.

Spending Christmas week in Ithaca with my gf and had stopped in for dinner two days before Christmas. Kind of has a parlor/boutique appeal as the bar(kinda a twist between Irish Pub and Gaslamp style) as the central focal point in the restaurant. Ordered the two specials that evening and it was delicious. I can’t say enough about the quality of presentation and taste of our food. Polished our meal off with a tasty Cab Sav and our server(Emily) was incredible. I highly recommend this as a stop for any foodie staying in the Finger Lake region.

The Mahogany burgers were delicious. The tomato soup was okay. Service was top notch. We sat by the kitchen and saw that no one stood around, but were bringing food out constantly.

ordered lobster and steak came out extremely fast we were seated inside what they also had outdoor seating and everyone was practicing safe distancing measures and wearing masks.

Great food and awesome staff. They were willing to seat I and my cousin after we were turned away by another place for showing up 10mins before closing on a Sunday.

Duck confit pizza was delicious! My husband ordered the rib eye and was cooked perfectly. Service was top notch. Would recommend.

Covid review: masked up and handsani as you walk in. Separated from others. Just popped in for quick drinks and apps. Meatballs and Parm fries....amazing!!!!!! Great holiday deco.

Very nice atmosphere. Service was great and the food was even better! The three pronged fork was interesting.
We had calamari as an appetizer, seasoned very well and the sauce went perfectly with the squid.
