They came through for me when Lowe’s dropped the ball and sold the toilet I ordered to another customer. They were diligent in solving my problem and did the install professionally and quickly coming out that night to do the install. I highly recommend and will use them again.

We were dealing with no hot water due to a leaking hot water heater. Jon came over within minutes of my phone call, and had the old tank out and a new one installed and all cleaned up the next day. He was very friendly and thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. We will definitely use this company again.

Mechanical Dynasty came to my home and replaced my sewer drain from the house to the main after years of root trouble. I could not be more happy and proud of the kindness and professionalism of the staff taking my calls to Jon and his crew doing the work at my house. I have no idea if Jon is a good Plumber. He came to my house to do an estimate. Promised to return with a quote but never quoted or did the work. His office was very pleasant and apologetic, however they said he was so busy he couldn't get back to me (this went on for months). Being strung along by Jon and his office caused me to delay my work for a year. I am now looking for another contractor to do the work. To be clear, I never paid him and he didn't steal from me. They were just completely unresponsive.

Jon was great while he installed a brand new rheem cooling system. There was a problem with the system cooling my home. Jon tried to fix it a few times, but his equipment was in Texas. Then after a year of him not being able to fix it he stopped responding to my communications. So now I’m stuck with a $5,000 unit that I’m being told has a bad txv. It’s very frustrating when you have a unit that doesn’t work like it should and the person who installed it doesn’t fix his work.

If I were to choose a company to do a profesional job, I sure would hope they would be professional enough to pay their workers. Worked for this outfit and it was good at first, but usually untill you see their true colors and to as why they can't keep good help....So to better myself I took a job this is paying significantly more and with a benefits package. But 2 weeks and still waiting on my last check as the put it to me they mailed it out over the weekend. That came from the owner, and a week goes by and I am in the same local area... I go to inquire about why I haven't received my last check... after many calls to the company and the owner with no return calls or texts. I get the real answer from his wife and she said something came up and she was too busy to send it.... well it takes them this long to pay someone and now I see why the jobs took so long to get finished... best of luck on your dealings with this company.

These people were hired to work and paid upfront,destroyed my eldetly mothers house never completed job actually only made matters worse didnt have proper permits to install her furnance never contacted inspector to make sure it was up to code, lied consistantly,and my mother was gullible enough to trust them and paid them up front..when threatened with court they promised to return money if mother would drop the case and put in certified letter that she wouldnt seek furthur damages.well my mother as kind as she was agreed sent them the notoraized ,certified letter dropped the court case and guess what they still have yet to repay her and now wont answer her calls or texts..we are going back to court !BEWARE..UPDATE WE WON OUR JUDGEMENT AGAINST THEM ! They never showed up to court now on to the next phase recovering her losses ,five steps the court says we have to go through in the process to give them a chance to pay and if no reply they will be sitting in jail!
