Dr Nicole Tetreault literally saved my life. Every receptionist, nurse, & PA I have worked with has been nothing short of amazing. Their in-house phlebotomist is an actual MAGICIAN - I feel next to nothing every single time plus he is friendly and kind. Daria was amazing and helpful on the phone this morning; Amanda the office manager is SO GOOD at her job! I saw an interaction with a patient who was very frustrated and upset- not being very nice at all - and Amanda handled that patient with grace and compassion. By the time she left she had calmed down and even somewhat apologized for her behavior. This office is one of the best I have ever been to and I have been to MANY!!! I worked in a medical office for a short time because I could not handle the high stress that comes with ANY job in the medical field. To work in a medical office of any kind is NOT easy and can certainly take its toll mentally as well as physically...yet the staff here seem to be able to put all that aside and treat patients with the respect and dignity everyone deserves - something you don't see as much as we should in health care!!! Thank you to everyone there, sorry to those whose names escape me. I am forever grateful for the years I have been ALIVE since that very close call in 2019 where we weren't too sure if I was going to make it. 🥰🥰🥰

Yesterday, I saw PA Karen and medical assistant Trey, following a car accident. Karen is fantastic; I request her whenever I can't see my primary for a sudden sick visit. At my appointment, Karen gave me detailed recommendations for the care of my fractured sternum and within a half an hour sent a referral, so physical therapy could be started for my neck.
PA Karen's medical assistant Trey, is by far the best I've ever met. At the start of my appointment, he shared that he had read the extensive hospital report. He was able to provide important information to me and my PA. He also was an empathetic soul; he responded with appropriate sympathy understanding my pain.
Dr. Yadegari-Lewis has been my exceptional primary since she joined the practice. This team effortt is appreciated beyond my expectations. Thank you all.

I am extremely happy and overly satisfied with this practice. My doctor( Dr Cary Vachon) is fabulous but clearly the office can not run the way it does without the front staff, phone staff, nurses, PA, lab staff, technicians and admin staff. It takes a village and this office does a great job in serving their patients. Highly recommended.

This one is for Dr. Mundra and her amazing staff. I needed blood work done this morning - I notified the staff at the reception desk that I was a fainter, I tend to hyperventilate and pass out - and I would need help. For some reason these types of things have always freaked me out from a young age (regardless of me being covered in tattoos and loving horror, the irony). Kenny, the staff member who did my blood draw was so incredibly calm, confident, relaxed. I didn't even feel any of it. On top of Kenny's professionalism, the receptionist (I don't remember her name, short blonde hair and glasses) I had notified earlier came in to make sure I was okay, held my hand, talked to me the entire time and they both stayed in the room while I calmed down. As a 28 year old - reacting this way to blood draws feels a bit shameful whenever I had to notify a Doctors office in the past - they didn't make me feel that way at all. I just really appreciate the level of care they took. In my 28 years that was the easiest, quickest, blood draw I've ever had.

I love this practice! My PCP is Dr Cary Vachon (he’s also 2of my sons PCP) and he’s always been wonderful, knowledgeable and takes an interest in his patients. My youngest son and mother see Dr Barnum and she is great! I had a bad experience with a pediatrician for me youngest son and was nervous when I switched him to Dr Barnum as I didn’t know her…but she has been amazing. She listens to concerns and is very knowledgeable.
The whole practice has been great to my family.
The receptionists and nursing staff are wonderful and polite, I often joke with them when I’m there or when I call for appointments .
My only complaint would be the wait when I call. It’s usually around a 10 minute wait…but I’ll gladly wait that 10 minutes.
The positives more than make up for the wait on the phone.
I have many extended family members that also visit CCP Guilderland.

I've been a patient at this practice for more than 10 years. Dr. Yadegari-Lewis, my Primary Care Physician, is the BEST! Very satisfied with the P.A's, nurses, and lab techs, as well.

Wonderful Dr office, the only thing missing is, (at the very least) you need to offer at least, ONE DAY WITH LATER HOURS, for people who can’t miss work. MOST DR OFFICE offer extended hours for the convenience of their patients. Please seriously consider. Thank you in advance.

Been coming here for many years and have referred other family and friends who have all had positive experiences. Easy labs at convenient times and they have a discreet number you can call for results as well as mobile app which gives results and access to staff if you have medical questions. I have never had any issues with getting same day appointments and the staff are all so very nice, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Brian Navarro MD who has been amazing to me over the years, particularly in 2020.

Focusing on the Healthcare- the health care staff is phenomenal! My primary I see Dr. Barnum she is amazing and her team Zack I believe his name is. He is very nice, they do care about you and want to help.
If I can't see my dr. I do love seeing Karen or Todd. They both really go out and beyond to help you.

Receptionists- some are nice and some could use a little bit more training on how to talk to people (not giving names)

Been coming here for over 20 years. I have DR Vachon as my PCP . Nothing but positive experience and care for all my many appointments!! The staff is very friendly and never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. I would recommend Capital Care Family Practice Guilderland to anyone. Has lab and imaging rate on site. Very convenient…

My husband and I are long time patients here of Dr Vachon and Dr. Yadegari. Every visit here has been stellar in terms of thoroughness, organization, and timeliness. Last month one of the nurses, Rose, went above and beyond to help me get a prescription refill from an ornery pharmacy ASAP because I was leaving on a trip the next day. I am very grateful for their wonderful care over the years.

New to the practice. Dr Mundra is patient and listens. Her interest is with the patient. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. I would like to see a better check-in/check-out procedure.

I would give them 5 more stars if I could. I have many medical issues and have only been treated with extreme care. Nurses, Dr's and staff are top shelf. I have been going to Dr Vachon for over 40 years. My family (10) others also have been coming here for years...Caring, compassion and knowledge are there trademarks.

I started using this practice after moving to Guilderland. My husband lived here already and was going to Dr. Vachon. I began seeing Dr. Yadegari-Lewis in 2007 and I am very pleased with my care here. The receptionists and medical staff are courteous and professional every visit.

I saw Dr. Vachon as my primary care physician at this location for two years. The staff was friendly and they were able to get me in on short notice twice.
No problems with billing or insurance. Overall a good experience here.

Besides Dr. Yadegari being the rockstar she is, just wanted to say Kenny in the lab is amazing. I’ve gotten blood taken multiple times from him and every time is painless.. that’s so much more than I can say for other places I’ve been, including St Peters. Give this guy a raise!!

I love Dr. Yadegari-Lewis she listens to me and speaks very nicely to me and she's an excellent physician. The staff has always been very nice and helpful also the PA's are excellent

I Never have to wait long when I have an appointment. There very prompt and friendly and I like that they do blood draws right on the premises and it's a beautiful office and it's very clean.
