I have always had a great experience at the CVS on Carman road in Guilderland. Despite all the negative reviews about Covid vaccine appointments at CVS in general. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The entire experience was very smooth. Thank you

Never had a bad experience. Use the drive thru frequently. It's understandable that the wait can be long...but that's because customers doing more than picking up ready prescriptions use the drive thru when they should just go into the store and talk. Personal are always polite and friendly. Never been gruff or rushed.

Helpful store staff. The Pharmacy staff is alright. No problems, but they are usually swamped. I usually find what I need.
