These guys were fantastic. With customer service generally in short supply these days, the group in bridgewater New Jersey and especially Abdul were professional, kind and fast. I had my tire fixed and ready to go in no time. Nice comfortable place to sit while I was waiting. Thank you again and I will certainly go back for my tire needs!

I had the BEST customer service at Pep boys. From Barry who answered the phone and helped me with already scheduled tire appointment, which I needed to add on diagnosis of an oil leak. To the 3 other different employees that helped and provided great service. You can tell this is a good team of people. My only criticism, it's on behalf of the employees, it's very hot in the service area and waiting space. They'd be a lot happier if they weren't so 🥵 hot! Overall, I had a great experience!

Fastest service replacing tires on my vehicle.Purchased tires at Walmart simply because I have totally forgot about Pep Boys. Walmart was short staffed and could not do the install that day. Called Honda dealer the following day, and was informed that the latest I can come in to have tires installed on any given day, would be 2 PM. Nearest Walmart where I work, does not answer phone calls, and after driving there, which is in the opposite direction from home, was informed that they don't take walk ins, and the earliest 5 PM appointment is availible in 7 days.The Walmart trip set me back about two hours due to traffic. On the way home had to make a stop at home improvement store, which is right next to Pep Boys.Talked to Barry at Pep Boys (Bridgewater NJ). I was about 20 minutes too late to have sevice done the same day (due to wasted trip to Walmart). The next day appointment was handled by Isabel and about 50 minutes later I continued my trip home in heavy rain with new tires installed.The entire Pep Boys experience was exellent.

Easy to get an appointment scheduled. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They had my car ready in a day. Exceeded my expectations.

Went in to have my tires replaced. Even though I didn't plan to get new brakes & rotors, Walter's detailed (not pushy) explanation of the need and risk of not replacing them soon convinced me to take care of it.
Walter informed me about a few great promos they were having, so I went back to do an oil change and replace brakes. Great promos and wonderful services!

Great customer service. Very helpful and nice. Got my car my looked at quickly (made the appointment the evening before for the next morning) and the repair was completed within the hour. Found a coupon code on their website and even saved some money. No one likes to have to get their car repaired, but the staff at Pep Boys made it as painless as possible.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this business. They are a bit slow but that depends on what you are getting done. I had 4 tires replaced, wheel alignment and balanced and i was done in just under 3 hours. I would have been done sooner but there was an issue with the charge on my card which the manager worked hard to get resolved. So if time is an issue just remember good work takes time. I had a great experience and would definitely use them again

Kind and profesional. Inspected my tires for free. Set tires to right pressure. Reset the TPMS alarm for free. Great service. Great tire selection.

I had a great experience having my tires changed at Pep Boys. I had an easy time setting up an appointment and everything was explained to me clearly when I checked in. The communication was clear during service and the service was quick and thorough. I especially was so pleased with the communication from Isabel at the front desk. Isabel was so thorough in presenting me with my options, communicated with me during my service about additional options for me and was overall so professional and kind. I’d come back here for future service for sure.

Had two sets of tires, TPMS sensors and alignments done here. Service was done timely (roughly 2 hours) and George was great to deal with.

The whole crew gets five stars at the Bridgewater location. Needed a flat replaced that was in my trunk. Wanted a particular brand, which they had in stock.

I called on short notice - was assured it could be done late on a Monday afternoon without an appointment. It was!

I am a long time customer for my car services of tires and batteries. Dealerships are limited in options and more expensive.
Recently I needed a damaged tire repaired and arrived to be greeted by Barry at the Bridgewater PepBoys. My best impression and satisfaction was the work done of patching the tire instead of plugging it was best. It took longer and less labor but better. I always purchase the road hazard insurance when I buy their tires.
The tire runs perfect now and I thank Barry for his service recommendation.

Chris was AMAZING . He was so courteous & authentic. The battery of my car was dead. I thought I have to spent few hundred box to fix it. Instead, he fully charged the battery. He fixed my car, paid attention to all the details & explained well to us. I really appreciate all his help & his wonderful colleagues. I will definitely come back for their services for sure. Having met Salesman Barry for the first time, I was convinced that he worked hard to find me the best deal on tires. That is saying a lot for a first impression.

Went in for some help with getting a license plate off because the screws were stripped and Abdul Hafeez Ghanny helped and went above and beyond. He even put air in my tires and offered help to put on the new license plates when I get them. A definite change from my previous experiences at this Pep Boys! He is obviously a great service manager who offers the little extra that makes customers want to come back

The Pep Boys Bridgewater location (and Barry the manager!) has been very helpful-the best selection of 'ready to go' tires, and no problems getting appointment. I recently had nail in tire, and they repaired the same day for $0 w hazard warranty. Was sad to see the part store closed down. I really hope the service center stays open as they have been top notch for me.
