I've been seeing Dr Navarro for over 10 years. He's always listened to my concerns openly and has a great bedside manner. He helped me over this last year deal with some chronic illness and is very responsive over the portal.
The only concern I have is that when he refers me to other professionals, I often find that the doctors who refers me to are not as good as him. In fact several times I've had to find other doctors on my own.
I also have to say that they provided me with a nurse manager who calls me once a month to help me in my progress. It's really awesome that they reach out to me and make sure I'm on track with my treatment.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr Navarro and this practice. I've moved several times over the last 10 years and even though I travel almost an hour to see him, he is totally worth it.

The staff has been wonderful and very helpful. I appreciate not feeling rushed out and having the ability to ask all my questions. I'm always able to get my children in for sick appointments, never made to feel foolish for a "false alarm" if nothing is wrong and it's great to be able to call in to the nurse to ask a question if needed. Very happy to have found this practice!

My kids see Dr Jim he is fantastic!! He was also my whole familys dr when we were little. My mom has delt with him since he was a resident at albany med! I love this place!

Dr Mike is incredible! I can't imagine going anywhere else. I love this practice.

Dr Navarro always listens to my questions and and clearly responds and addresses issues.

We've gone here for 14 years. The doctors have always been good. The PA is fantastic. This is the 3rd time we've been there and had to listen the staff act like children in the hallways. Maybe this is the new norm for a new generation but it is completely unprofessional. They should also consider noise cancelling fans in the rooms as you can hear everything from one room to the next.

I used this office as my primary for years, up until this year. I called to follow up with my primary after going to an urgent care with COVID symptoms, looking to get a test. For the follow up call and request to get COVID tested they charged me nearly $100. $100 for a phone call in which they got all my symptoms and personal information WRONG and I had to plead with them to get tested before they sent me back to work with COVID symptoms. Talk about nickel and dimeing you during a pandemic.
