Make a reservation! We waited a while for our party of 6 to be seated. We will definitely call ahead next time! Thai chili wings were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The atmosphere was great and family-friendly. We were surprised by how busy they were on a Wed night. The service was excellent. The photo is the rice bowl with breaded chicken and teriyaki sauce. My daughter even ate the greenbeans!

The food is consistently good. I usually get the goat cheese, walnut, and baby pepper salad. Sorry, I forgot the name, lol. The bartender pours a nice drink. Wunderbar is a trendy neighborhood bistro.

We really enjoyed our meal here. The soup of the day was tomato basil. We got the fried mozzarella which was delicious and dipped them into the soup. Absolutely brilliant. The fried fish was tasty and they can do it gluten free. My wife had the grain bowl and she really liked it. The fries were very good and I didn't care for the honey mustard. The staff was great and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. Also great for the kids.

Very friendly wait staff, great ambience, tables are sticky from past beer spillages, which is a plus as we wouldn't have had it any other way. The name of the restaurant, however, is misleading. I thought I was going to get an authentic German meal, but at best it feels more like German-inspired dishes that cater to the American palate. Still, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and just like the sticky tables, we wouldn't have had it any other way.

Never had "Schnitzel" but for this to be my 1st it was so so good! Drinks are very well made. Staff was super friendly. All food was good, best food I had in the area. Wings were tasty. Excellent bar food.

Such great food, went with my brothers family and while we were the only group with kids it felt like a great atmosphere for us. Friendly staff, and nice clean environment. There’s a fireplace which I’m sure they turn on in the colder months.

Awesome cucumber salad, really completed the schnitzel and rustic mashed potatoes. So yummy 😋.

We stumbled on this wonderful restaurant and we’re so thrilled with our experience. My husband ordered a lobster roll, which he has ordered in many restaurants. And this was the best ever. You will not be disappointed.

Solid bar food! I really enjoyed the cauliflower wings and there were other vegetarian options I could have chosen from.

Great service and the fish and chips were delightful- a really quality piece of fish.

Limited beer selection but I must say the wings smelled phenomenal. I’ll be back.

Such a cool place for a bite to eat, I had the fish and chips which was deliyanx my girlfriend had the French onion soup (which was to die for) and quesadillas which were also yummy! Definitely recommend if in the area for a good bite and relaxing atmosphere 😊

Had the best wings I ever ate over here and I've tried more chicken wings than I think most people have.

I'm from NYC and visited Hudson on vacation. My family and I needed a place to eat late at night and not many places were open so decided on eating here. Definitely did not expect to have such good food, but it really was great. So great that I later bought a Wunderbar T-Shirt from one of those souvenir shops the next day.

Wunderbar Bistro was overall an enjoyable experience. The staff were so friendly! They made us feel right at home. The chicken wings, chicken tenders, and the fried cheese cake (especially) were DELICIOUS! We had bbq and mild sauce for the wings! The bbq was my favorite, but that’s just my preference in general. They made the honey mustard sauce for the chicken tenders on the spot. So impressed! The honey mustard was one of the best I ever had. Thank you Wunderbar Bistro!

If you happen to be in the Hudson NY area and you're looking for a no frills meal, then Wunderbar Bistro is the PLACE to be. Great prices, fast, friendly and accomodating service as well as tasty, well prepared food. There isn't a single negative thing that I can say. My experience was all around positive.

After an exhausting and draining Sunday, it was 10 pm and we were hungry and still far from home. Nothing was open and Google maps search sent us here. What a treat! Open till midnight every day. Fantastic food for all eaters. Vegan zoodle bowl was amazing. Hubby had meat loaf. There are gf, veg, vegan, and cbgf (can be gf) options. The bar even had Laphroaig, as well as many local breweries represented. Our waitress, Shannon, was one of the best I've had in a while. She knows the menu and her recommendations were top notch, descriptions were right on point. We will drive the hour just to visit here again.

Excellent food and great ambiance! We had a meatloaf on special and a rice bowl with honey garlic and beer battered shrimp. Both were delicious and enough left over for another couple of meals! The ambiance was great as well, would be a great place to have a beer on a cold evening :) There is an eat in bar as well for solo diners.

First time there but man they did not disappoint. Margarita schnitzel was on point. Cesar salad was fresh & good. No old lettuce and the number one killer the creme brulee was crack. I trusted my instincts and ordered two. Should have been 4

Phenomenal! Well priced. It is so hard to pick what to order because everything on the menu sounds delicious. Staff is very attentive. Cozy atmosphere. We will definetly be returning.

Very delicious and creative cuisine. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. The service is very professional. Must try the schnitzel! And the jazz standards complete the wonderful ambiance.
