The Allstate staff in Beacon, NY continue to go above and beyond! After years of providing excellent care and tremendous guidance in selecting my insurance needs, I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. My recent interactions with Amanda and Ashley were top-notch and truly exceptional. Amanda took the time to fully describe my coverage and patiently answer my numerous questions and concerns. She then followed up our conversation with a detailed e-mail for my future reference. She made the renewal experience seamless and I am incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional and courteous group to handle your insurance needs, this is the place!

Justina is an amazing Agent! I am so lucky to have my insurance with this Agency. Ashley is always there to call me for my renewals and always goes into great detail. I never have to question what type of coverage I carry. She really helped me understand rate increases and applied available discounts to help me save money! Remember when you had your favorite mechanic who always took great care of your car and didn’t try to rip you off so you stayed with him? It’s like that for me with Allstate and the people at the Justina Tozzi agency. Friendly, personalized service. Very knowledgable on all the regulations and places where they can save their customers some money. And when your renewal comes up they reach out to you to make sure you are happy with every aspect of your coverage. Still looking for that great mechanic though.

Everyone in Justina's office is super friendly and helpful. Lauren just helped me out with a new condo insurance quote, and she was very quick. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions.

Lauren Squires was absolutely wonderful. She was helpful, patient, and understanding. amanda helped me out today when the customers agent would not pick up the phone. I am glad some people have a customer based service than those automated ones. As being in the sales industry it is a great service to have and will recommend any one to this allstate.

Working on pre-holiday doesn’t always bring out the best in customer service. Top notch insurance agent! Anytime we need anything it is so easy to get a hold of a REAL PERSON! Very knowledgeable staff and extremely attentive to detail. If you need any type of insurance I highly recommend Justina and her staff.

I absolutely love Justina!! I was a Geico customer for years without issues (had to switch due to circumstances). I was very nervous about switching to AllState. However, Justina made everything so easy. Her customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend her to everyone. She really works hard to please, that is rare to find anymore.
