The Cakery Fishkill

I ordered four small specialty anniversary cakes, catering to the dynamics of each couple. Ashley was prompt in her communication and spot on with getting the execution correct. Cakes were delicious, including the gluten-free one ordered. Recommended by a friend that lives in Fishkill. Great experience!

The Cakery was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish!! Their take home kit was such a fun spin on cake tasting as we got to mix and match right from the comfort of our own couch. They absolutely nailed the beautiful design we asked for and their flavors cannot be beat!! Our guests are still talking about our funfetti and raspberry jam cake

Working with The Cakery - was a phenomenal experience. Ashley listened to what we were looking for and created a simple yet exquisite wedding cake to cut that coordinated with the whole theme of the wedding. The dessert bar was delicious and beautifully executed. Ashely was easy to talk to and gave great advice on quantity, flavors and overall layout. The Gluten free options were a big hit. Oh and everything was DELICIOUS. I am definitely a customer!!

We used the Cakery for our wedding this weekend and it was perfect. They worked with our venue and everything was coordinated behind the scenes. We loved the sample boxes when we did the cake tasting and we will be back for our anniversary! Thank you!

I’m blown away by how glorious my kids 2nd birthday cake turned out!

I asked to be surprised but gave some instructions that we wanted a Bluey cake with all of the characters. And my kid's face when they saw this cake indeed was something worth capturing. I will be ordering our next cakes from them! We also ordered cake pops to go with them, and those got rave reviews from everyone but especially the grownups! The red velvet was the fan favorite!

Also, they do have gluten-free treats in the freezer in case you are in need. I’ve tried them. Delicious!

What a fun place! I love the colorful designs and delicious cakes and goodies that The Cakery makes. When we did our tasting with Ashley, we were so excited to be able to design our wedding cake from top to bottom. She was so flexible, too. We had a few changes with our design of the cake, but it all went off without a hitch! The Cakery is SO reasonably priced; we chose a dessert bar to be part of our wedding favors because we wanted everyone to take home a little bit of joy from this wonderful bakery. Everything is delicious, and they’re not afraid to try new things to meet the needs of their clients. A vendor with your love and your dreams in mind is the best kind of vendor for any occasion, and The Cakery meets those expectations and beyond.

The cakery is where we go for EVERY event/holiday for our desserts. We recently hired The Cakery for our wedding where we had a wedding cake (obviously) but also a full dessert bar and EVERYONE was raving about how amazing everything was.

Ashley and her team are great! They created a beautiful wedding cake for us and TONS of mini Cupcakes! Not only did they look good but they were delicious! The Cakery did a phenomenal job with our wedding cake! We enjoyed each interaction we had with them.They provided us with a great tasting experience, providing a tasting box for us to sample several flavors of cake and frosting at home. When we sent in our cake design request, they beautifully replicated the design we shared and created an elegant cake. They were happy to answer questions and help guide us through the process. They also worked well with our florist, who added some floral arrangements to the cake at the reception venue. The cake was a big hit with our guests! Several guests approached us with wonderful reviews of how much they enjoyed the taste and look of the cake! We are also thankful to the Cakery for providing us with our own special 10-slice "anniversary" cake that we could bring home. We highly recommend the Cakery, and we will definitely be back for other future events!

I recently hosted a Bridal Shower and had a cupcake table in a purple color scale. The end product was absolutely amazing! I worked with Ashley from beginning to end, and she was so kind and helpful with her ideas. I picked the flavors of Tres Leches, Dulce de Leche, and Raspberry cheesecake. The first one I ate was the cheesecake and I was blown away I thought for sure this was my favorite -but then once I had the other 2, I couldn't choose! They were perfect -moist and sweet but not overly sugary. And the décor on the top was just gorgeous! I also ordered this really cute cakepop box that they do for weddings as favors. One was a chocolate fudge consistency, and the other was vanilla (wedding is black and white so matched the wedding theme). They were such a huge hit!! The entire bridal shower was such a great time, but this cupcake table was really the talk of the event. It was gorgeous!! Thank you Ashley!!!

Came here looking for a edible gift for my realtor. I'm not from the area so it was nice to find this gem. I ended up coming back to get some cake balls for myself and I was so happy that I did. The cake balls were 10/10 and customer service was top tier. One of the reps also told me where I can get dinner which was also 10/10. I will definitely be going back here when I revisit.

The team at The Cakery consistently brings the quality and flavor. Their cake balls are unparalleled and fantastically addictive. The staff is incredibly friendly and wonderful to work with. They are conveniently located and go out of their way to ensure customers are satisfied. Fortunately they are local, but I would travel as many miles as possible were I not nearby. If there was a rating above 5 stars I would surely give it!

We just moved to the area and discovered The Cakery. OMG! I’ve never had such amazing, beautiful and delicious cakes!!!! We are pleasantly surprised every time we purchase a cake. The owner and manager are seriously cake masters. I highly recommend for special occasions cakes as well as one just for fun! Cookies and cake balls are phenomenal as well.
