Not a good place to work. Manager down on the company all the time. Upper management unresponsive to issues. If you like soap operas and drama then you will love it there. Have to question ethics. Big drawing for a side by side, the management still hasn't confirmed the date. Manager of the store would organize and reorganize the tickets sold at the store. They were rubber banded and moved around on her desk constantly. I would definitely question and investigate if her or her family member won.

If there was a negative star, they deserve it. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Customer service is lazy at best. They are a complete RIP off! They do not and will not accept responsibility for improper service. Going to report to B.B.B. They should not be in business. They like to place blame on an imaginary "insurance department ", instead of making amends of wrongful situations. DO NOT GO THERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!! Do not use ANY Napa parts!!!! They do not value repeat customers and do not care about their own reputation., only the bottom dollar.
