Very professional and welcoming environment. Stellar staff very knowledgeable. Went in with some concerns after an evaluation from another dental office. Left with peace of mind and assurance that my dental needs were not as severe as previously told.

The whole team at Marshall Dental Care has been amazing!! My family and I needed a new dentist and the reviews online are SPOT ON! Dr. Wendy knows what she is doing and is very personable. I needed a cavity filled and the whole team (including my dental hygienist Annie and the receptionist Tina) made the entire process easy! Everything was well explained and the follow up after any procedure has been very comforting. Tina worked with me and my schedule and got me in ASAP as well as my husband! Annie was such a joy and made me feel at ease in the chair. I cannot recommend enough; professionalism all around and a great environment. Thank you Dr. Wendy and team!!

Dr. Marshall and her entire team act with expertise, respect and the utmost care. Every step of the way I was asked if I had any dental concerns and every employee I interacted with took the time to listen and understand my concerns. I am very happy I found this practice and you will be too.

Oh my goodness there are so many great things to say about Wendy and her team. She is readily available at a moments time. Always prompt. She has knowledge on so many levels and if she refers you to someone, it's the right people.I have never had a bad experience. Along with that she explains everything. Is gentle with you when working with your teeth, considerate and an all around easy going person right there along with the assistance. I would highly recommend anyone to go to her!

I continue to be impressed and touched by the folks at Marshall Dental Care of Victor. My teeth felt the "pinch" (literally) of the pandemic and Dr. Marshall, Cathy and Hillary went above and beyond to assist me with the resulting dental challenges. They showed patience, kindness, competency and generosity of spirit and, for that, I am genuinely grateful for each and every one of them. A shout out to Ashley too, my hygienist, who is friendly, gentle and thorough in her approach to teeth cleaning! I highly recommend this office!

I found Dr Wendy when FL Dental opened in Victor. Like a lot of people, I long had anxiety about going to the dentist, and skipped several years all together. That all changed and I have not missed an appointment in 8+ years. The hygienists and Dr Wendy are excellent in making you feel comfortable. From their genuine friendliness, to oral care, there has not been one step of a visit that has made me uncomfortable. I truly appreciate this team of professionals.

While driving to my appointment to have 2 wisdom teeth removed, I was contemplating whether I'd rather be jumping out of a plane that afternoon. It was a toss-up. I got to my appointment and they immediately made me feel very comfortable. The entire procedure was very quick and painless, and I've recovered quickly. They followed up to see if I had any issues or concerns.

Recently I spent almost 2 hours in a dental chair, having 2 teeth prepped for crowns. While this might seem like the beginning of a horror story, nothing could be further from the truth. I absolutely love going to Finger Lakes Dental, Dr. Wendy and her team are the best and very professional. I live out of town and I always schedule my trips home around my appointments. The customer service is amazing and you feel very comfortable there. Everyone in the office is so friendly and happy to help you with anything! 10/10 would recommended.

The front desk staff, hygienists, and Dr. Wendy create an environment that is relaxing, refreshing, and clean. I love the work my hygienist does and that I get to book my next appointment with her directly at the end of the cleaning.
