Kohl's

A lovely guy named Jack had helped me out in this location. He helped me around the store and get the things I needed. I highly recommend going to see this guy, he’s amazing and even checked me out on the register after!

I've shopped here a few times since coming to Ithaca from Florida. It has been satisfying to be able to purchase items I've needed to acclimate to the cooler climate that contain a good amount of cotton, my preferred comfy fabric. I've been able to find what I need a Kohl's more readily than the other stores in the area. Since I don't like to shop, I really am happy at my success at Kohl's. The associates have been very helpful, the sales prices have been great, and the cashiers are always helpful and cheerful.

Convenient location for those in the Newfield area. Always has sales and good coupons. Sometimes it feels like they’re giving stuff away!

The staff we encountered were very friendly, knowledegable and professional.

Came here for a quick Amazon return drop off and all the staff I came in contact with were sweet enough for it to be noticeable in the very few minutes I was there! Would definitely love to come back and shop here and I got a coupon for having returned my Amazon packages there so I just might soon! Very clean, quiet, lots of parking.

Your standard department store. Location isn't the greatest, I always forget it's there. But clean and organized. The check out person, I don't know her name, but she always has the most beautiful hijabs is SO nice, great customer service, always makes you feel welcome.

Good selection of merchandise, nice employees, and love the idea of the bucks for added shopping . Returning items is no problem there we will go back and shop again

Organized and was easy to find stuff. Well maintained and had a nice atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Used the Amazon return service and it was super easy and fast. Can't speak for every Kohl's, but this one was great!

I love shopping at Kohl's. This store has always been good to me, despite its smaller size. The clearance rack is to die for and I can ALWAYS find something in there (and sometimes up to 90% off!). It does take some time to pick through, but if you're patient you'll be able to find your next wardrobe staple. Sure, they're often out of season items, buy that's what layering is for! And sometimes there are jeans and other basics which are just in the "out of this fashion season" at incredible deals.

The staff has always been pleasant to me. I like to do a lot of gift shopping there because the coupon deals are great. I have never paid full price for anything there. 5/5 recommend this Kohl's in particular.

The store is nicely kept. The associates friendly and helpful. I enjoyed shopping there.

I Love Shopping at Kohl's!! It has Men's, Women's, Young Men's, Junior Women's, Boys, Girls, and Infants clothing. The quality is a step above Target, Old Navy, or Walmart. Regular price is a bit high for me, but there are Always Sales, and I get Sale advertisements on my phone! Kohl's also carries shoes, home soft goods, kitchen supplies, home decorations and picture frames, and a large selection of bras, panties, and night wear. All of the times I have been there, the sales staff have been Very Helpful!!

I’m a fan of this Kohl’s. Their customer service is excellent and everyone here bends over backwards to help you. Store pickup (in the back of the store) is always quick and easy and now with the addition of Amazon returns it’s worth it to stick around and see what’s on sale.

Good hours, made better around the holidays.

Had to do a return......no problems, no lines, no waiting. Unfortunately, they did not have the same cook set that I returned. The return was due to shipping damage on my online order.

I love Kohl's clearance sales!

This is where I go to get my favorite Apt 9 men's boots with the zip up the side. I've bought these boots three times in several years and love how the compliments keep rolling in. Also if you ask if there's an in store discount when paying you can usually get 10-15% off.

Kohls is the best, especially since there is no other big dept. store in our area. With Kohls cash, discounts and sales today I paid $0 for three items that originally would have cost me over $50. Employees are always friendly and the store is clean. Sometimes the store seems a bit cluttered with narrow aisles in some places, but I can overlook it in order to get such good purchases. Their app is great and online ordering with store pickup is available. To avoid any shipping charge, you can order at their in-store kiosk ( for items they don't have in the store, of course) and have anything shipped to your home for free.

It's a Kohl's so you know what to expect - shoes, clothes, and general house items. This store is no exception. I've purchased items online and have successfully returned them here. Because this store is on the outskirts of Ithaca, or just because it's in Ithaca itself, it's almost never crowded when I go. As a general observation, I don't understand the prices at Kohl's. It seems like everything is always on sale and the cashiers always make a point to say "You saved $30 on your purchase today!" Did I really? Or is it just a corporate marketing scheme to make me come back...?
