Stan The Plumbing Man

A week of snow and freezing rain broke our pipes. Stan came out twice at 8 AM and then at night when I was able to return from travel to let him in. He is extremely responsive and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

He was on point in everything he has done for us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs help with plumbing. Reasonable pricing and very reliable. Thank you so much for your help Stan.

Picked the phone right up and understood my urgency. He was on site within 20 minuets just like he said. I have old properties that always throw up issues, never the less his determination won the day and the problem was solved. Reasonably priced and trustworthy.

Our pipes froze and burst in the basement we called all around and everyone wanted an outrageous amount of money to help us we called Stan and he gave us a very reasonable quote and did a very great job very professional and skilled at what he does highly recommend!

I have had bad experiences with plumbers. Let’s just say Stan went above and beyond expectations. Will be calling him first whenever I have any problems.

Stan came to my house within 45 minutes of my first call with him. Very nice and went out of his way to help, guaranteed his work for 30 days, as the main sewer was backing up. The issue happened again about 6 weeks later, he came again and discovered there were tree roots as the cause. He got most, but not all of them. Said we should be good for 2-3 years. Issue happened again in 3 weeks, he kept saying he would come out, but never did. He had emergencies come up, which I understand, but then started ghosting me. No return phone calls or texts after a week of promises, told him we had family coming for holidays and needed to use our water, we didn't want to go to another company or leave a bad review. It has now been almost 2 weeks. It seemed very unlike him. I called a company that had more manpower, and they came to fix it. It is going to be a larger job down the road, but if I went with them in the first place, I wouldn't have wasted money with Stan. Stan seems good for smaller jobs, but he is a one man show, and now I know to go with a bigger company in the future.
