T & his cousin are one of the sweetest guys i’ve met! they always greet customers with smiles and treat them like family! they’re stuff is always high quality for cheaper too. thank you m&d for being the best corner store in Rotterdam/Schenectady! We love you guys.

My son and grandchildren came up from Philadelphia to visit me and I brought them to m&d convenience store. They said that is the coolest store they were ever in.

horrible service and extremely rude. I always buy my vapes there & half of the time they are broke when I open them. I never go back to complain I always go back and just buy new ones but this time I went back because I’ve probably spent about $100 in broken vapes there. I went back to tell the guy that both vapes in the pack were broke. He told me there was nothing he could do and literally threw them out in the garbage without even asking me if i wanted them back. Who wastes someone’s money like that? They will never get my business again. Terrible customer service.
