Holiday Inn Youngstown South - Boardman, an IHG hotel

We had dinner after being at a convention and there were 6 of us. we had a great dinner and drinks. our server was so nice funny and we had a great time. Her name was Lisa and we hope to have her again when we stop there. Thank you LC

My husband and son have been going down weekly for the past month and have thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. Kristen always makes sure that they are looked after and it is a true home away from home for them.

This Holiday Inn is local for me. Checking in or out is super easy, not stressful at all. A very nice, well lite parking lot that has plenty of parking spots. The rooms are very clean & spacious. I absolutely love the beds they have, Nice & firm. The pool is great, clean and not to cold. I also enjoyed my breakfast that I had before I left. All & all, I had a very enjoyable stay.

This is my third stay at this property and I continue to be amazed at how well this property is managed. The staff are all knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

I am a Hilton Diamond, I was top tier of Marriott and I have never had better service or treatment than I have received at this property! Clearly they know how to treat their guests.

Sunday evening i spent my evening at tjs restaurant and the staff (Lisa ) was amazing!!! Christen was so helpful!!! Had rhe pleasure to meet Patty and felt right at home. Thanks for a very warm welcoming!!!

Staff is awesome and accommodating. Facilities and rooms are immaculate and beds and pillows extremely comfortable.

My family and I were forced to evacuate our home due to the train derailment in our town. The staff at the hotel was amazing. They were super accommodating and quite frankly went way above and beyond. They made us feel welcome and made sure our kids had things to do. 100% we would recommend this hotel.

P.s. If the general manager sees this they need to commend the front desk staff and cleaning crew. Both of which have showed great poise and compassion. They are wonderful.

I really enjoy staying at this Holiday Inn in particular. I stay at many hotels due to the nature of my work. The staff is always helpful, polite, and they go above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I often forget to pack an item and have no problem obtaining a replacement from the front desk. I would definitely have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone who asks. Not to mention there surrounding area has everything! It's a great place to relax and visit.

We are currently displaced due to the train derailment disaster in East Palestine. Every single staff member, including the owner, has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Going way above and beyond to accommodate us all. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I needed a bed and honestly, everything was perfect. My only issue was with the bathroom being that there seemed to be no fan I'm the shower to help with steam buildup but that was such a minor thing. It also helped there were so many food options near by.

I moved to ohio this year and stayed at the holiday Inn for about 2 months looking for a house. The friendly staff and clean environment made me feel like I was at home. Any thing I ever needed the staff was approachable and quick to assist especially Amanda, Kristen and Angie. A bad storm came through and made my house not livable, the first thing that came to mind was I'm going to the holiday Inn. Amanda was there and quick to get me a room for 2 weeks. I recommend holiday inn for everyone for any occasion.

It's decorated gorgeously for Christmas this year. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was clean, neat and organised. If I did not already live in Boardman, OH, I would very much look forward to staying in this hotel.

We held a Celebration of Life here yesterday. Our out of town children & families stayed here also. Exceptional experience! They were very efficient in getting the rooms held for them & the food was very good at the luncheon. The pool area was lovely with tables all around & an outside patio. The kids loved it. Their rooms were really nice & clean. It was smooth sailing during a stressful time. I very highly recommend!

Holiday Inn has been amazing the past week, all employees, manager Mr. Nic and their services. Our family just wants to express our gratitude and thanks. They all were very kind and considerate and very accommodating during this crazy time for East Palestine folks with the train derailment. Thank you!

Location was easily accessible from all directions. Close to a lot of restaurants, too

Rooms were were nice, had some ambient lighting above the beds that were a nice touch. Bathrooms were roomy, but it didn't have a fan.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Usually don't take note of these things but everyone said hi with a smile every time I passed, including cleaning staff.

We had the romance package deal, gifted from my mother in law and this room was very nice! We had a basket of goodies waiting for us and a bottle of champagne. Also included were vouchers for a free breakfast in their restaurant which was yummy!! Overall nice hotel and friendly staff.

The service was excellent! I understand how they've won all the awards. The gym was less than ideal - 2 treadmills, a bike, and an elliptical, but the pool was nice. Breakfast was delicious and fairly priced.

As long as you don't want to work out with weights, this is a great place!

We went with 100+ quilters for a getaway weekend. The hotel was clean and up to date. The staff treated us so well. They got us everything we needed. The food was good. Even the ladies who complained about coming to Boardman voted to have our getaway there again. We highly recommend it. (We also go there on New Years Eve.)

The hotel was very easy to get to from the interstate, it is just a mile or so from the exit. Right near the hotel is a couple restaurants, bars, shopping areas, gas stations, and fast food joints so you have plenty of nearby amenities. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable and was in good, clean condition. I didn't use the indoor pool but there is one if you like that. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stopped here for a night stay during a road trip. Friendly service in both the hotel and onsite restaurant. The indoor pool was clean and quiet. Our room was decent, clean and quiet. No complaints from anyone in our group. I would stay here again if I were passing through. It has plenty of restaurants around to eat as well.
