I love this place. Every time I’ve walked in someone has been right there to help and has made a fantastic suggestion based on price range, food pairing, or even mood! It’s the only place I’ll go to buy wine. Also have a great spirit selection including local options!

The ladies here are lovely. They helped my sister and I choose wine according to our individual tastes and we were not disappointed. We did not feel uncomfortable in this establishment despite the fact that we are women of color. It was a very pleasant experience.

A great wine shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Every time I come in asking for a pairing recommendation, they always nail it. A deep selection of wines, ciders, and spirits (many of which are local) at every price point. I truly cannot say enough positive things about Red Feet!

Absolutely wonderful! Warm, knowledgable staff with a great selection! Willing to help you learn, the perfect wine shop whether you're an aficionado or new to the world of wine! Recommendations were exactly what we were looking for and they even printed us pages of information on the wines we were buying and space for our note.

My favorite wine store in Ithaca. We often go out of our way to go here. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and we really enjoy the bags of 6 bottles that they curate with tasting notes.

This is a great wine store. After a while the staff knows you by name and knows what kinds of wine you like. They're all very nice and want you to have the type of wine you like - not something that they're trying to push. They have great Thursday night wine tastings that draw good crowds and good times.

Staff is helpful and unpretentious, 15% discount for midday shoppers, and the gift wrapping is beautiful and free! I love buying Finger Lakes wines there to give as gifts.

Love Red Feet! Great tastings and helpful staff make it nice, but they go above and beyond. Twice I've tried placing a special order at other local "wine & liquor stores", and both times, Red Feet staff have been 10 times more helpful! Last X-mas I wanted a special bottle of Whiskey and never received a call back from one of the stores who had "put me on a list". When I followed up, I was told the "full time staff" would be checking into it that day and get back to me, but still never heard back. I called Red Feet, and had a call back within hours and the bottle of Whiskey the next day! Just this week, I called around because I needed a case of Celebre sparkling wine by this Friday and once again, never received a call back from the place that took my name and "put me on a list". The other place I called said they could have it by Friday, but Red Feet said they thought they could "tag it onto their order that was already placed", so I could have it Wednesday! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Lesson learned - I'm calling Red Feet first next time! : )

Super eclectic wine selection and decent booze offerings. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the offerings. If you're looking for fun. Wine in town, this is your spot. Dont miss the Piggery next door.

Knowledgeable, attentive staff, keen on helping me find delicious organic (no added sulfites wine. We tried a pays d'oc wine that came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Walked out with an Elk Cove wine from the Willamette Valley, too, which is an excellent vineyard that is very hard to find outside of Oregon. Cannot say enough, this wine store is an excellent find!

This place is a gem, they have a great selection of wines, they offer great sales, particularly a lunch hour sale during the week; but most importantly their staff is amazing, they can answer any questions you may have, offer suggestions, etc. Kuddos
