Our experience with Michael and Mansour Jewelers was exceptional from start to finish. My partner and I visited Mansour Jewelers in Ithaca a year ago to casually explore engagement rings, and we were so impressed that when it came time to purchase the ring, I contacted them immediately. I wanted to create a custom ring and surprise her, and Michael and his team were incredibly flexible as ideas and designs evolved. Despite being far away, they made the process seamless with numerous phone calls and photos to help me choose the perfect diamond and design for my fiancée. I couldn’t recommend Mansour Jewelers more, and I look forward to working with them again in the future :)

Michael (and the whole Mansour team) is outstanding. He special ordered pear cut sapphires in my favorite color and designed an incredible wedding band to match my family heirloom engagement ring. He was communicative and prompt from start to finish and made sure the rings fit together perfectly. I’ve also had wonderful experiences here having things sized and appraised. This is a great family run business and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I never thought that we’d have a favorite jewelry store, but turns out we do! We have been to Mansour for so many things in the last year and every time we are so pleased with the results! First we brought our new engagement ring to them where they fortified the diamond when it got loose. Next we purchased one of our wedding bands, which still looks gorgeous. Finally we bought the groom a watch as a wedding present. Every step of the way, they were honest and helpful and efficient and we fully trusted all of their recommendations. They genuinely want what is best for their customers and will do what they can to get you the most bang for your buck. Michael is so kind and so helpful and we would highly recommend Mansour to anyone who needs a jeweler in Ithaca

Had a wonderful experience designing my custom engagement ring with the Mansour team! Emily was so helpful in walking my partner and I through choosing the stone and making choices for the design - we came into the process knowing basically nothing and she was so patient and informative without being pushy at all. Matt was really communicative throughout the whole process of creating the ring and accommodated all of my requests. I had a really specific design in mind that combined elements I liked from a few different ring designs, and I am so blown away with how it turned out!! They brought my dream ring to life and I plan on working with them for all future jewelry needs (including our wedding bands).

My watch is small, but they were able to replace my worn out leather watch band with a good quality new one- & the price was affordable!

Mansour is truly the only place I will go to either purchase jewelry or get my jewelry cleaned/repaired (and I’m not even local anymore)! While my family has been going here for years, my most recent experience only validated how wonderful of a business it is. In preparation for my wedding, I went in to the store to pick up something I purchased for my now husband. In the process, I mentioned how it’d be nice to get my ring cleaned before the big day. Not only was Michael willing to clean it on the spot but when his team noticed a broken prong they assured me they could clean it, polish it, and most importantly repair the ring all before my rehearsal dinner (the next day). Everyone is efficient, incredibly accommodating, and beyond friendly and caring. Could not recommend more!

Michael is competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. What initially made us loyal customers of his business is not only his beautiful jewelry, but his willingness and ability to listen not only to what we envisioned but also working within our budgets. We have experienced being repeatedly shown engagement rings beyond our budget at other establishments. Michael worked with us to find something with us that was within our budget and absolutely stunning. Another example is that I fell in love with a pair of earrings that matched my engagement ring except they were in yellow gold and my ring was platinum. While remaking the earrings in platinum they were way beyond my budget, Michael searched for similar earrings in platinum. Unfortunately none were as appealing as the first . He then suggested I wear white gold earrings for a couple weeks to see if I would have a reaction, and if not I could purchase those earrings in white gold. Which worked out stunningly and I will always treasure these earrings.

This is a gem of a store! My fiance and I worked with Michael to design the perfect engagement ring, from finding a setting, to the selecting the stones. Micheal was knowledgeable and explained things very well. He was also responsive to messages. I would highly recommend working with him. My fiance and I will be returning to Mansour Jewelers for our wedding bands.

Excellent work beginning to end. My fiancé is incredibly happy with the ring and everyone I worked with had incredible attention to detail and knowledge. At the end of the day, everyone who is in that kind of business needs to make sales, but the jeweler I worked with, Michael, seemed like less of a salesman than someone who genuinely cared about getting the details right. Couldn’t recommend more

Michael was extremely pleasant to deal with and enormously helpful in making the perfect custom engagement ring for us. We had high expectations after several family members got rings from Mansour and we weren't disappointed. Oh, and his prices are great. No need to go online when there's a great shop like this (and they are high-tech anyway).

If I could give an extra star, I would! I recently had to have my wedding set redone because they were damaged by another jeweler. Mansour took my original design and improved on it. My engagement ring is reset perfectly, and my wedding band was custom designed to look like my original band and set to fit flush with my engagement ring. Michael was great to work with and paid great attention to detail. I am incredibly happy with the results!

Michael was extremely pleasant to work with and very easy going with every aspect of the design process. He did a great job with the ring my fiancé absolutely loved every part of it. He was always extremely timely with everything. We have been going to Mansour’s for many years and plan to continue for all of our jewelry!

I don't think you could expect better service and professionalism anywhere else. The place reminds me of the local jewelers in Europe where everything is done on site. I brought an old family watch for basic fixes, it looks 20 years younger now and was done in a day for a very reasonable price. That is what I call artisan.

I went to Mansour Jewelers because I had a very small chip in my turquoise promise ring. After discussion with Michael, we both came to the reasonable conclusion that the only thing that could be done would be to put resin in the hole to seal it up. I was more than satisfied with this option as my biggest concern was the chip getting worse. I dropped the ring off that Thursday, Friday there was a GIANT snowstorm so they were closed. On Saturday, I was contacted and let know my ring would be ready on Monday. On Monday, I was texted that it was ready for pickup and was incredibly delighted when Michael told me that they had actually found a piece of turquoise to put in the hole! The repair was seamless and the ring looked amazing! I was anticipating a larger charge but I was delighted to find that the charge was the same! Incredible customer service, professional repair, and more than reasonable prices. That's what you get with Mansour Jewelers. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Mansours! They were welcoming and accommodating every step of the way. Super inclusive environment and never once did I feel pressured to choose something I wasn't totally in love with. My fiancée and I love our engagement rings and Mike was there for it all.
