As an added bonus, the window displays are stunning, the gift wrapping is gorgeous and during the Christmas holiday they have the perfect photo prop out front during store hours. This is always my favorite place to stop during festivals! Down to every tiny detail, they make sure that beautiful memories happen ❤

I needed a couple links taken out, and the bracelet needed to be reassembled. I was shown a few of their beautiful pieces, and within 4 to 5 minutes my watch was around my wrist. Great service and hospitality!

I went to Schooley's last year to have my grandmother's gold engagement ring repaired, as I wanted to use it as my own wedding ring. The ring was from the 1940's, and had been worn & loved for decades - meaning the band was incredibly thin and warped. Schooley's was able to seamlessly replace the damaged part of the band, fixed some smaller cracks, and cleaned the ring up. It looks beautiful, and you wouldn't ever know it had to be repaired. They were quick, kind, and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them.

A storied and locally owned institution. It’s great being able to do business with somebody who you bump into dropping off kids at school. I don’t think I’ve ever bumped into Jeff Bezos.

Did I mention that they are consummate professionals? That does occasionally cost a nominal fee. Come on Ithaca. Don’t begrudge your neighbor and honest living.

Customer service was excellent and super helpful. From the start, a different watch expert working at another jewelry store in Ithaca recommended them as they did not have what I needed. It is always a good sign when competitors in the same industry are confident enough to make recommendations to another store.

Best watch repair and sales in Ithaca. I've trusted David to deal with cleaning and battery replacement and other maintenance on two watches for nearly 25 years now (one not particularly common -- an Audemars; the other has the Schooley's branding but is from a Swiss watchmaker too) and he simply is sensational. I've watched him working with clients who are shopping for jewelry too, and he is patient and attentive and really cares. This is a family operation, and I sometimes have worked with his wife or son when he wasn't available... Couldn't recommend them more highly.
