As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Doug went out of his way to show me every property within my requirements/limits. He was very patient. He was always available for me and responded very quickly. I found him on Zillow after repeated failed attempts with other realtors, he called me right away. He is from the area so he was able to help me find target neighborhoods and steer clear of the ones I wanted to avoid.

My favorite part of the deal was how much he negotiated for me. He was able to get me 3% in seller credits, on top of negotiating repairs that were not necessary. The repairs alone were over $2,000.00. I was very thankful and felt like I got a good deal, especially when my house appraised for more than the sales price! :)

Doug is a no-nonsense kind of guy. I plan on using his services again in the future. If you are looking for a house in North West Ohio, look no further for a real estate agent.

Scott Keller cost me over 2% on my APR due to his incompetence. He “lost or shredded” my purchase contract shortly after it was signed and then went completely MIA for over a week. After I finally got ahold of him he apologized and promised to have it taken care of the next day. After another week and a half of unanswered phone calls, texts and emails we gave up and found a new realtor to take care of us. Because of his unprofessional I will be paying substantially more for my home. If I could give a zero star review I would.

Be very cautious signing with this realty team. They will tell you that they are working for you.... Until you sign with the buyer. Then they bale on you and work strictly for the buyer totally ignoring the seller
