Siferd Plumbing Heating & A/C LLC

I don't typically leave reviews unless I have an experience above and beyond what I consider 'normal'. I had one of those experiences with Siferds recently. Shawn came out and gave me a quote to install a whole home water filtration system, tankless hot water heater, and new sump pump. The price he quoted was more than fair and well below what I expected. Shawn was extremely professional and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Shawn and another gentleman, who was also very professional, arrived in the morning the following week to install everything and they were finished by 2:00pm. As someone who takes pride in their work I can recognize when someone else does the same and the photos do not do the job they did justice. Everything looks very clean and it all works as it should. Shawn went over everything with me when they were finished and they even cleaned up everything including some boxes that were mine and not theirs. I can't say enough good things about Shawn and Siferds and highly recommend them to everyone.

Shelton was the tech that came today to fix our furnace. His level of customer service was exceptional. He told me each step he was doing. Let me know he was going to get a tool or going to look at the outside units. He listened to the issue. His logic to determine that our one thermostat was not working was spot on. He showed me where it had corroded. He even had the spare part already on his truck so he didn’t have to leave to get it like so many others do. He was able to tell me the exact price before replacing the thermostat. Very polite and clean. Excellent job.

We had our furnace replaced by Siferd Plumbing and Heating today and we would highly recommend them to our family and friends. They were very professional and very courteous. They also completed job quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

We were more than happy with the work Aaron did!! He was VERY nice, worked quickly, they worked us into their schedule to take care of our mess. The only negative we could possibly come up with is he said he drinks cream and sugar in his coffee and we didn't have any. YUCK! We will definitely use Seiferds again and recommend their service!

This is my 1st review of anything to be honest. My family had clogged sewage for 5 days.......of course I thot I could unclog it myself but that didn't work. I called Siferd and Gage and his coworker showed up the next morning had me unplugged in a couple hours. What a relief! They were reasonable priced and very friendly and informative. 5 stars all the way

Sifords came right away, and started our repairs sooner than expected! Did the job quickly and got my household back in running order within the day! They were professional and kept me updated all along the way! I will use them everytime for my plumbing and electrical needs! They were so much better and cost effective than all of the other plumbing companies we called! They should have been my first call and will now be the first going forward! Thank you so much!

Gabe and his associate arrived on time and were both very professional. They were able to fix my issue very quickly and the price was more than fair. I would absolutely use there services again! Fantastic!!!!

Gabe was wonderful. He came out on a Saturday within an hour of the call. He did the job quickly, was professionally and cleaned up after the job was done. They were upfront about costs, before doing the work. Great experience and will use them again.

Called at 8:30 am and scheduled appt. Text message arrived 15 min prior to. Photo and name of my technician was sent too. Gabe arrived… diagnosed in 5 min, fixed in 15. Excellent representation for Sifred’s Plumbing. He was friendly, efficient , knowledgeable as well as kind. They ARE highly recommended and already scheduled for another situation!! A+ grade

Siferd's took care of our issue with our water heater quickly & efficiently. He also shared some expertise on drinking water & mostly how water heaters function as a whole. Great job Gabe, we will definitely use them again.

Siferd was very responsive to our problems. They tried to make our older furnace work but when it finally died they were able to order and install a new one within days. Excellent customer service and great knowledge of their products and service.

Nick did an awesome job for us. He had things up and running right away so as to take the chill out of the house. Then he went on to find the root cause of everything...the wiring schematic was incomplete in one area and wrong in another area. Thank you for great professional service making sure everything was 100%. I am thankful for your diligence each time I hear the furnace kick on. Thank you.

I have had Siferds to my home for three services including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC replacement. I have found their prices to be reasonable and the quality of work and craftsmanship to be excellent. Every staff member I have interacted with has been professional, timely and great with communication.

Professional work done as quickly as possible and under the original estimate. The personnel were informative and willing to answer questions. All in all a positive experience.

They were prompt and courteous. With a wife recovering from surgery, heat was important. Got the furnace going and ordered a part to fix it properly. Hopefully is will be back and fully operational tomorrow

Both Cory and Shelton were excellent as far as they work and their behavior was concerned. Is both very polite, veryeah spectacle seem to be quite educated on the products and how they operate in how to fix it extremely satisfied and will use them for any service. I may need in the future.10 out of 5 stars.

Very quick appointment time and the repair person easily diagnosed the problem with my furnace!! He did the work and explained everything to me and was on his way! I would recommend Siferds...23 years of using them and i have never had any issues.

Nate was able to help us out and get the furnace up and running. He also got us set up that if the heat turns off again, the next tech would be able to replace the pressure switch without any issues. Highly recommend.

There is a reason Siferds has nearly a 5 star review. I have used them for shower pressure issues, refills on peroxide, installation of a new well pump, and today again with my thermostat that was misconfigured (my error). They do not charge you an arm and a leg. They are honest and truthful. They don't make me wait a week for a service. They are fast, prompt and knowledgeable. Shawn has been my go-to guy for plumbing and Shelton will be my go-to guy for HVAC. Siferd honestly has made my home issues stress-free and I can't thank them enough. Do yourself a favor and pick Sifred over ANYONE else. This isn't a paid testimonial, I'm just beyond content with the service I've received from them over the past 6 months.
