Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Had some technical questions the other day, and the customer service was outstanding. We're able to answer all my questions and head me in the right direction. Thanks for the help, and I will be back to stop again

Absolutely incredible customer service staff. I went in frustrated with my online shopping experience, having received a product that was both late and defective. I left with a smile on my face, legitimately. The manager, the Geek Squad employee, Cass, and Jacob were very kind and understanding of my situation, and did everything they could to help me out. I'm not sure if what they did was above and beyond or what was expected of them by best buy, but I can say I know where I will continue to get my appliances/electronics.

Great customer service. They don't push products on you. If you ask for advise they will provide you with positive feedback. Bought a apple watch, some galaxy buds 2 and a extra watch band. Props to the professional team 👏

Best Buy is everything you'd expect from an electronics box store and more. They have all your gaming, gadget, and gizmo needs, plus they have a ton of staff ready to help. I walked in with my boys looking for a lavalier microphone. I was met at the door by an employee at the info desk. I told what I was looking for and he pointed 👉 in the direction and said he would send an associate back to help. That's exactly what happened. They didn't have what I was looking, but the boys and I had a nice time checking out the computers. Would recommend you going and we will be back!

I was having problems with charging my iPhone through the port so I stopped at the Findlay Best Buy to see if they could help. They cleaned the port and got it working in 10 minutes. Many thanks to Ben and his crew!

I have always had good experiences at Best Buy. When my wife got a new phone, we stopped here to get a phone case and screen protector. The clerk who assisted us was especially helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the options and made useful recommendations. I wanted him to install them because in the past I had tiny bubbles under the screen protector from a poor installation. He did a great job and the installation was perfect.

Best buy has the best selection of TV's.
