We decided to go here for my daughter's driving exam. Very quick. Friendly staff. Very nice clerk that helped us (Carleen, I think was her name?)
Building is clean and quiet. Very organized too.

They were professional and very nice. Worked very fast and the wait wasn't long.

Omg Betsy was absolutely amazing! Showed up at 835 on a Wed hardly anyone there and was out by 850. Betsy was quick and efficient, but at the same time extremely friendly. Not like any other DMV you will go to!

It was actually not bad to get a new ID from transferring from out of state. Very nice person helped us thru the process.
Getting an out of state title transferred and plated was just as easy.

1/2 hour from arrival to exit. Very friendly lady at the counter.

I've had a good experience both times I've gone. Employees are extremely nice which is unusual for a bmv lol. The woman that helped me saved me from an extra trip.

These are wonderful people. I've watched them take abuse from disgusting customers and they are always as polite and helpful as you would expect. Thanks for your great and fast service 👍!

Roughly a 5-minute wait to get a new license on a Friday afternoon. The process was simple and easy, and the workers were very polite and helpful.

I pre-registered online this morning before heading to the BMV. I was emailed back my personal number to be called once I checked in. I checked in and immediately received a text to come into the inter lobby and wait for my name to be called. I didn't even get a chance to sit down. My number and name are called immediately. There must have been at least 40 people waiting to be served. By pre-registering, I moved right to the head of the line. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

The team at the Findlay branch is OUTSTANDING! I was dreading having to transfer an out of state license and title, but they were so fast and efficient. And friendly!!! Absolute best experience I've ever had at a BMV/DMV ever in my life. Go Findlay BMV!!!

Checking in with the kiosk is a wonderful improvement. That allows you to see where you are in line right away very clearly.
When I was there a few days ago they were short staffed, but still doing a very good job of getting people moving through at a reasonable pace.

Quick and relatively painless. Checked in online at open, 8 am. Showed up at 9 am had to wait for 2 people to be called, then went. Probably ran around 12 others who didn't check in online. Was there approx 10 minutes for new plates and vehicle registration. Recommend Ohio BMV Get in Line On Line.

My husband and I arrived a few minutes before they opened and were pleased to get both of our drivers' licenses renewed within 30 minutes. We both had all of our documents ready to qualify for the new COMPLIANT LICENSE for air travel. The facility is top notch, with plenty of space for waiting while social distancing. All of the employees were pleasant and efficient as far as we noticed, including the receptionist and the young man who processed our renewals along with updating our Board of Elections records. I have been nervous about going due to some negative experiences in locations where we have lived, but today's experience was great! The eye exam was easier and quicker than I remember from 4 years ago. The receptionist saw to it that my husband was able to wait behind me and be served next at the window so we could combine our payments. Doing this kind of thing during the COVID pandemic can be stressful, but renewing our licenses turned out to be quick and easy.

I went here after experiencing rude employees trying to renew my license somewhere else. The people here were much more friendly and helpful, and their check-in system made it very easy to know when it was my turn. I will definitely come back here as long as I live in the area!

Very quick and friendly service. I signed up online before going and didn't have to wait very long. All staff were very friendly and courteous.

We were her when it opened, and there was a long line already present. Thankfully, it was very fast! I had a title changed and new plates (waited in line twice) and I was out in 45 minutes.

Pretty well organized and reasonably fast for the amount of people waiting to be helped. I was in and out in an hour while renewing my CDL.
Just be prepared and have all of your "Required Documents" in hand when you get there!

I had to seek a replacement for a title of a motorcycle that is in an estate I am the Executor for, and I filled out the papers to the best of my knowledge and when I went to the Title office the young lady said "no problem, I will help you complete it" and she did and I walked out with a title in matter of minutes. I was impressed with the facility as well as the staff. Five star treatment!

I didn't have to wait long which was nice. There is a Kiosk to log into which helps direct you where to go. The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful.
