Bedford Nissan

We enjoyed working with Tom Ruth. He was terrific. We are out of state buyers and he helped us so much. I found a car I liked on the Bedford Nissan website. I left a message the prior evening, after hours, and Tom was the one who called me back the next morning, at opening. After we spoke on the phone, I'm so glad Tom was the one I was working with. I felt comfortable on the phone with him right away. Of course, I had some questions, and he easily answered them for me. He was able to send me a few pictures and discuss things again. We set an appointment to come and look at the car and it was everything Tom told me about. As I said, he sent me pictures and viewed the car for me because we were coming a long distance, so I probably had more things I asked of him to check out for me than a typical buyer. When I saw the car myself, I found that all the details he told me were the same as he described and I imagined. There was no pressure to buy. Tom wanted us to be happy with our choice. If it wasn't the car we wanted, I'm sure that Tom would have been able to help us find what we wanted there. They have many cars there to view and choose from. If you want someone that you can feel very comfortable with, who's very knowledgeable, who's helpful, who's not pushy, then Tom is the one for you. Thank you, Tom and Bedford Nissan.

I just picked up my 3rd Rogue from Bedford Nissan and I am once again glad that I trusted them! Sherri is an awesome salesperson and everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend getting a Nissan from them!

Place was SO nice. Workers were very nice and helpful (especially Sherrie Greene). The atmosphere was warm and nice, everyone there was talking like a family. Everything was made so quick and easy and little bonuses were thrown in, entire experience was just great. Overall would 100% recommend a visit to Bedford Nissan!

My wife and I went into Bedford Nissan to get a 2024 pathfinder . We were greeted by Greg white and after finding out what we were interested in he went and retrieved the exact car we wanted . We drove it and did the deal . The transaction was very professional and seamless. Greg did an excellent job respecting our time and the vehicle had everything we wanted . We were in and out of finance in a jiffy and the experience was low stress and professional . This is our sixth car we purchased from Bedford Nissan and we will continue to purchase our vehicles from them in the future because buying a car doesn’t have to be unpleasant .

Searching for & buying a car is never a fun prospect. However, we were pleasantly surprised by Bedford Nissan! It was a great experience & would highly recommend checking them out.
We started searching on-line and then received a call from Jon Hausman. He wasn't pushy but offered to help us. We described the cars we would be interested in test driving & he set up a time for us to come in at our convenience.
Upon getting there, Jon greeted us and had the car ready to go as promised. He let us go on a drive - even taking it out on the highway. When we returned, Jon sat down with us and listened to our needs (with the car, with payments & trade-in).
We sat with him and were able to work out a deal that seemed fair. He and his managers got the car to a price we could agree on and gave us a decent amount for our trade-in.
He has followed up and answered any of our questions.

I usually don’t leave reviews but SHERRI was AMAZING!! I never had rep that was so patient and understanding. She took her time with me since this was my first time purchasing a car, she didn’t rush me or make me feeling I was being bamboozled. By the time I left she felt like a part of my family lol. 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND
