I am writing this review due to Ryan being a habitual liar. He would file for contempt of court. He knew that my ex husband was a peodphile and he didn’t care. He made me take out savings for my daughter just for his own benefit. Sam was supposed to defend me also in a criminal case and they lied on Fond Du Lac Court. He said that the DA wasn’t present and he was; Ryan also lied on Commissioner Sally and said that she moved courthouses. I’m from California and I’m writing my book and I can’t wait for it to be know about this law firm.

Don’t bother wasting your time speaking with Ryan. Has too much of a workload for simple cases. Unprofessional calls up to his scheduled appointment late. Would not recommend

A lawyer is hired to represent you in the courts no matter the charges and ryan kautzer is not that guy. This “lawyer” did nothing but make me feel more insecure about the process of my case. He claimed that he received and looked over the body cam footage of the night that my charges occurred and I later found out that he never even asked for said footage. After paying someone $10,000 to give me a fair chance in court I would expect more. This man was excited about the opportunity of a plea deal that included 5 years prison and multiple years of probation. After telling him time and time again that I was not interested in anything close to this offer he never once made me feel that he knew anything about what was happening in my case. I finally decided to fire kautzer due to him not putting any effort in my case whatsoever. I thank god that I made this decision to fire someone that I gave $10,000. I hired Casey Hoff and finally felt that I was truly cared for and represented the way I should have been from day one!!! At the conclusion of my case after hiring Casey I was sentenced to no prison time and am a citizen that contributes to society everyday!! If you want to be represented and cared for don’t hesitate and hire CASEY HOFF! Don’t make the mistake that I did.

If you are looking for an attorney that is willing to put forth there time and effort towards your case, Ryan is not who you are looking for. Speaking from a personal experience on a case he was representing, he was very unprofessional and unreliable. He didn’t know or remember how to pronounce clients name in court, wasnt informed of new information, pushing for an unwanted plea deal. Needless to say, he’s was a waste of a lot of money and time.
