Tim and I hired Campbell's Countertops to do a full remodel of our kitchen, and we are thrilled with their work. Without a doubt the best contractors we have ever hired. Jeff made sure every detail was taken care of - even the ones I didn't think of - and made excellent recommendations whenever he thought it might improve the final result. The professionalism and quality of their work is exceptional. Recommend them? You bet. Six Stars.

I ordered a bathroom vanity cabinet, cultured marble top, and faucets in May. The cabinet that I ordered was in a Rustic Hickory with distinctive graining, knots, and wormhole patterns (which I was aware of and wanted this type of rustic finish). The time frame for fulfillment was 3 months (August). In July, (2 months after my order) I received a phone call from Campbell's stating that the production of my vanity cabinet was being held up because I hadn't signed the "Description Agreement" (which was never provided to me). After signing, scanning, and emailing the signed agreement, the sales lady now tells me that the vanity will not be in until the end of October (5 1/2 MONTHS from order date!!!). My guess is that this was a mistake on their part and because the agreement was never provided to me to sign, the vanity cabinet order was never received, hence the further delay in fulfillment. So, while waiting for this cabinet, I called to request the specs of it so that we could get plumbing roughed in. The salesman seemed very annoyed that I was requesting this and said that no one ever requested specs. But, he went back to his office and printed off like 20 pages of GENERIC SPECS of every cabinet that this company produces!! Seriously! NOT HELPFUL! Once I got back home and realized what was given to me, I had to call back again (to which the salesman seemed very annoyed with me), to ask specifically the height of the cabinet that I ordered. I am baffled at the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this company. I try to support local, but I honestly have much better customer service and get my products quicker at Menards and Home Depot. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Wasted our time and we are now 6 weeks behind on our kitchen renovation. I would have appreciated any sort of communication saying you did not want the job. Horrible experience. Avoid!
