Very happy with our service! I know with Covid things are backed up but they had all the parts and put us ahead of other cars! What we thought was going to be 4to 6 weeks turned out to be 2 weeks!! Everyone was very pleasant with us!

The website was accurate and easy to modify. Ordering the part was also very easy. But I was really happy how quickly the part was delivered and the notifications that were provided during the entire process. I would strongly recommend purchasing from Boardman again!

I realized I had ordered more parts than I needed (2 of each, rather tan 1of each). I called the dealership, and they made the adjustment to the order and credited me for my error. I received the order in a very reasonable time. Their price was the best that I found online as well.

Great experience. Had doctor appointment in the area and called at last minute to see about getting an alignment. They fit me in without an appointment. Remodeled facilities are GREAT. Customer waiting area is fantastic.

I can't say enough good things about this place! We bought our Impreza new here back in 2015,have had all our servicing done here(i.e. oil/filter changes), and I have never had a bad experience. Quality of service is top notch, employees are friendly and make you feel like you are the only customer there, and, for a car dealership, they're actually honest! Plus they get you in and out quickly even without an appointment.

Super prices. I wish I would have had a little more update on the progress of my order. Also, I got a message that, "The status of your order has changed and we wanted to keep you up to date: will contact you with the estimate of these additional charges once your order has been received..." This was a bit confusing.

Went in for a recall on my outback. The staff in the service dept were friendly, courteous, and professional. We were on our way in less than an hour. The waiting area is clean, comfortable with plenty of seating area.

Ive been a subaru owner since my first wrx in 2007. I just bought my second sti, had two wrxs before that. I will never own a different car. Year round they are beasts. I used to deal with day apollo out of moon township but used to work in the youngstown area and was referred to them even though i live in PA. They offered me more than i owed on my trade in, and the sales staff is more helpful than annoying and pushy. Evryone you walk by greets you, their service setup is exceptional as they will do anything you need as soon as they can and all you have to do is pull in and you are greeted and asked how they can help. The waiting area is geared towards maximum comfort for any wait you have for service and they are pretty quick at resolving whatever you need done. We went there to get my wife a car and I ended up trading in my car for a new one the same day. I dealt with day apollo for my first three subarus and after purchasing one vehicle from them and a couple routine checkups and an issue i had that involved a squirrel climbing in my belts that they fixed for free they have me for life. Great staff, over the top service, and top stars for any area im forgetting. If you are in the market for a subaru, no matter what state, I would go see them first and you wont be disappointed.
