Sales rep John Galbo was fantastic! Full 5 stars!! Nice, knowledgeable and worked with my 84 year old mother with her many concerns & fears of getting a smart phone. His encouragement/patience and 24 hour loaner phone, did wonders. By morning she had the confidence to get a smart phone! Great experience & we/family are ecstatic we can keep in touch via text, mail, face time!, plus track her:) Thank you John great job!!

The staff here is knowledgeable, chill and friendly. Super helpful people. We've had a couple visits here. Our most recent involved us looking for affordable upgrades for our phones. Brandon is the answer man, is super knowledgeable and has a great mix of I'm-a-real-human and I-know-this-cell-thing-super-well. He was amazing. My wife described him as "our angel" after we got home. He seemed to be working just for our help and our needs and he had an approachability and chill vibe (and wonderful willingness to laugh about stuff). It made the visit a blast. (And I really don't enjoy shopping. :) I'm super grateful to have these guys close by.

Came in for a phone warranty problem. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Yes I waited an hour. Their support is where the problem was. Call got dropped deep into the process. Was told it would take 2 weeks and I would have to cover shipping on a defective charging port on a 6 month old phone. And got the ok to run about my errands. I was ok with that. Turns out phone arrived next day on my porch. No cost to me. Hats off to MK Celluar Columbus. For standing by the people you have to face eye to eye. You had my back I got yours. Anyone I know in the area I'll tell them Columbus is the place you ought to be.

Great customer service by Tommy K.(?). Very knowledgeable. He was helping multiple customers at a time while waiting for things to process. This store gets busy but they try hard to help everyone out as quick as they can.
