Used to help those who have very little access to being able to keep money for the bus on cards and don't have access to put money on the card or website like this and they now won't even help us when it's freezing and offer rides to warmth without being paid without being able to use money

Students can get student red pass good from 6am to 7pm for $40. 31 day transit pass for unlimited rides for $55 is a cheap rate when each time you get on the bus is $2. Day pass for unlimited rides for that day is $4. Realtime updates on maps.

This visit to RTA's Customer Service was faith restoring! The lady there was positive and had a 'can do' attitude. I use the Transit app and I had read that I could transfer my fares from my phone app to RTA's physical 𝙏𝘼𝙋𝙋 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙙. However when I went to the office in the morning, I was told that such a thing was not possible. I didn't argue, but I knew what the app said. So, I tried again later in the afternoon and an older, diminutive lady with lively gray hair was there. I cautiously asked her whether the transfer was possible and waited to hear "No!", but she looked up, smiled and nodded affirmatively. It took her all of five minutes, and when I left, the fear of being denied a ride if my phone had died was a foggy memory.
While we're on cellphones. RTA doesn't permit riders to charge their cellphones while they're waiting between buses. They promote use of the phone-based 𝙏𝙍𝘼𝙉𝙎𝙄𝙏 app, however by their refusal to support its use by providing a charging area at the hubs. How much trouble would it be to provide one or two outlets where 𝕣𝕚𝕕𝕚𝕟𝕘 customers can recharge their phones enough to get onto the 𝙏𝙍𝘼𝙉𝙎𝙄𝙏 app and pay their fare. I enjoy using RTA buses. I ℂℍ𝕆𝕆𝕊𝔼 to ride the bus instead of drive because its affordable and after driving Uber for a week or so, it's so nice to "Leave the driving to RTA." The buses are up to date, clean and most of the drivers are friendly and remember their riders and drive very safely. I like RTA. 𝕄𝕆𝕊𝕋 of the time, they '𝙂𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙩.'

Everything went well but they need new trucks because there's a very very bumpy ride. There supposed to get new vehicles in the fall. First time in years I've been able to go anywhere on my own😁. Thank you RTA!

Somehow you need to make the schedule Easier to use. The site should have all times that bus stops there. But the drivers of routes 16 and 18 are great. The card needs to be easier to load money onto it. Drivers downtown were polite. Busses were clean. Nice job gang.

Lost a phone on the bus and called the customer service line on a Friday at 4:50pm wanting them to find, contact, and explain the situation to the driver who then agreed through the office lady that he'd hand it off to me on his way back down and would keep it safe. They both went above and beyond right before they were closing the phones for the weekend just so I didn't have to risk waiting all that time to get in touch with soneone on monday morning when lets face it, that phone would have been long gone. I love these drivers and what they are out here doing For the oublic.

Throughout the crudeness of some angels shine bright... It's getting cold and with Covid out here.. It's hit the transportation people too.. A lot overworked and overwhelmed, tensions do fly.. But the people placed in charge of the tension when flying are superb... They are willing to listen... Offer suggestions... And deal with problems in a professional way...

Employees are always outside inside very accessible to ask questions about route times and schedules, if it's something they don't know they'll find out for you immediately great customer service you almost always get a reply if there's ever a complaint to be made. They definitely have a few bad apples but all around I pray that place and they are over 7 days a week

Clean, lots of benches, conveniently placed trash cans, available bathrooms, friendly staff and people placed to help you figure out what bus you need, prominently displayed and live bus arrival times, reasonably priced fares. Can be very cold during winter, but well lit; protected from rain and snow, but not wind.

The bus doesn't cost too much, 2 to 3 dollars per person. And kids ride free.
