Beautiful quaint, quiet and pretty little campground in Jesse Owens/AEP recreation land that is open year round. I’ll certainly be back!

Smaller site but plenty nice for a quick overnight stay, be warned that the well is off during winter months but camping is still open. All in all for a free site it was quite clean, still quiet for being next to a road and having rv neighbors.

Great place and host and his daughter were very nice and helpful. They watched are things while we took our dog to the Vet. We also had a vehicle diving around the lot several times during the night with music loud and He asked them him to turn it down. That car did not come back.
I disagree with previous reviews. We have been hear for 10 days and have enjoyed it and felt safe. We also did not see those people during our time here!!

I love to fish I have a 91 year old fishing buddy he and I go to Ohio power at least once a year sometimes two or three times a year too tube fish mainly because they are smaller Lakes the fishing is great and if you're a tube fisherman are perfect and yes there are a lot of fish and it's free camping

There's five or six free camping parks here.. Only a mile or so apart.. two weeks at each.. Makes for a nice summer..

Jesse Owens State Park formerly G area where I'm at it's a really nice area was and still is always one of my favorite places to camp very nice Lots good space between them lots of shade

This place is great free camping a lot of fun a lot of fishing places the only problem I have is the limited cell phone service but overall great camping
