I had a truly great experience at Land Rover Warwick working with Glen in sales! He is a very calm, no pressure type guy and that was really appreciated. I’ve test driven a few cars over the last 6-9 months and he never pushed me into anything. Glen was always responsive with any questions I had, and gave me his honest feedback on a few different cars I was looking at. I ended up in a CPO 2023 Discovery Sport and couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend working with Glen if you’re in the market for a Land Rover!

Bernie is always true to her word, and fantastic to work with. The service team did an amazing job removing scratches left by a car wash worker. My Range Rover looks better than when I drove it off the lot!

My sister and I came in a while back to buy a used Audi on the lot. Tom O'Rourke, our Sales Rep, was a delight to work with. No pressure and very knowledgable. Paul Martineau, the General Sales Manager, also helped make things go smoothly. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used car.

Excellent service. I was on a post-Thanksgiving road trip from Boston to Virginia. My Jaguar XJL was experiencing an alignment issue, and I didn’t want to make that long trip with an uneven alignment. I scheduled a visit for the day after Thanksgiving online, but when I arrived I was informed that I mistakenly selected the wrong date. Bernadette informed me that despite my mistake they would still help me out. I waited at the dealership and was kept up to date with the progress. Couldn’t be more pleased with how accommodating the service department was.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! The entire team at Land Rover Warwick was great to deal with, making what could be a daunting car buying experience one that was easy and free of any added stress. I worked with Tom O'Rourke in sales and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He never pressured me to make any quick decision for the sake of a sale but helped me get into the exact car that I wanted. I will absolutely buy another car from them in the future and recommend the dealership for anyone looking for a new car.

First time having my Evogue serviced at Jake Kaplans, ( I bought it preowned). I have bought parts but never left it there. Mike was awesome, I got the car back in two days and a thorough check of the vehicle put me at ease. Love this car and will be going back for service with this dealership.

Great people I've been talking with Bernie in the service center ,was incredible, above and beyond 👍and Brian in internet sales, I've been coming to Jake Kaplan since I had my Jaguar XKE in the 70's and in the last ten years or so with my Land Rover, which has been a incredible vehicle only needed the oil changed and the headlight replaced... now the Land Rover has a computer code problem and it's headed to the service center today... and I know they will be great 👍 much thanks folks, it's a pleasure to do business with you!🙂👍 edit...a week or so I had a issue I couldn't figure out, so I called up Bernie... she got right back to me not once or twice but three times and with her help I solved the problem... thanks 👍🙂

I recently started a search for a pre-owned Range Rover.
My google search brought me to many cars within my parameters, and so I started the tedious process of contacting these dealers.
Right away, there was one that stood out…Brian Chevalier! He was persistent, responsive, knowledgeable, and a total professional. He answered all my questions, and showed an enthusiasm to make a deal work that would benefit both Land Rover and me.
Once we agreed on the numbers and structure of the deal, he got the ball rolling, and provided me with everything I needed at each stage, making it simple and efficient.
He organized the addition of roof rails, cross beams, and insurance.
We set up a date to pick up the car after Labor Day weekend, but after he caught wind of my excitement, and although we were going into the holiday weekend, he persisted with the techs and service to see if he could get the car ready NEXT DAY! He did, then we ran into an issue…my insurance binder was scheduled for the Tuesday after Labor Day Weekend. Instead of giving up, which he had every right to do, he called my insurance broker, who had left for the weekend, and persisted with her to make it happen! And she did!
He called me, glowing with happiness for me, and advised me I could pick up the car Saturday and not have to wait until Tuesday. I was and am beyond grateful for all that he did.
We met when I picked up the car, and he gave me as much time as one would expect if they were purchasing a 2024 Range Rover Autobiography! He even saw me putting my old (dirty) metal LR stem caps on from my trade-in Discovery, and then insisted he clean them before I put them on my new vehicle.
Since arriving home with my Range Rover (which I love), he has remained responsive to any of my needs or concerns, such as setting up the LR app so I can remote start and helping me with nuisance messages on the display screen. I could not be happier. The Range Rover sells itself, but the salesperson cements trust and a relationship. Although I live in Weston CT, and therefore have JLR Bridgeport and JLR Darien very close to me, I will be certain to look up Brian and JLR Warwick upon my next LR purchase.
Brian has made me a customer of JLR Warwick, and I have already referred a neighbor of mine to you guys based on my experience.

This is my FIRST Jaguar and to me, that means something. It wasn't a minor purchase; it was a fulfillment of a goal. I have had this teeny impression that the dealership for luxury cars would be snobs. This was dispelled with my experience at Jake Kaplan's Land Rover Warwick. The Internet Specialist, Brian, was thorough but not pushy. The Sales Manager, Alan, is a professional who really knows Jaguar and Land Rover cars, having worked with the dealership for over 30 years. He was helpful, friendly, and courteous; neither the dismissive nor the aggressive sales agent I thought I would encounter. Even the Business Manager, Laura, was professional and forthright. The car was delivered to me after the thorough inspection. The entire experience was seamless. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced there and to the time I would buy a replacement Jaguar again! I already know I would stick with Jaguar and with this dealership. A true "A" experience!

Made an appointment to test drive and fell in love with the Defender. Mike Hiraldo, the sales person was very accommodating even as he was juggling a couple of customers. Received a slight price reduction to get me to sign. Doing the paperwork was a breeze. They took care of everything and provided me a good overview of the features. Mike even gave me his cell phone number for any questions or issues. My only complaint was the APR, I was expecting a lower APR on a new vehicle purchase, but that's not necessarily an issue with Jake Kaplan, rather the bank.

Very happy with the team of Land Rover Warwick! Tom O’Rourke was great to work with, a very positive person, who is experienced and incredibly knowledgeable about all things Land Rover. Any question we had was well answered, and the best part is we didn’t feel pushed on any decision making even when the specific car (one of only a few in New England) was highly sought after. You can’t go wrong with Tom!
Also, Lauren helped us with our financing questions and made the experience even better with a few jokes. We will definitely be back to this dealer!

I've just had the best, the easiest, the most professional and friendly car buying experience of my life. Mike Hiraldo was exceptional especially since he had to order the vehicle for me - months ago. He kept me apprised of the delivery every step of the way. He never once dropped the ball! Lauren Fitzgerald in Finance made the financing understandable and seamless.
