Best Buy

Placed my order online for a DVD player, which was easy enough still had to register, even though I really wanted to just sign on as a guest, but be that as it may, I pulled up to have my order brought to me and it said that it was only available to pick up inside the store so I did have go in the store. as I suspected, they’re just as tied up as everyone else not being able to get enough employees at this time, that’s why I still gave them a five star rating because it’s beyond their means to fix...The gal was really helpful. She just scanned my phone and handed me my DVD. Hooking it up was easy as 123 so the product was very nice. It’s a Sony DVD Blu-ray with built in Wi-Fi, which I have not been able to set up yet due to not having Internet because I am at my camper. I am sure that it has many other features that I haven’t been able to explore yet I will update.

I had not been to Best Buy’s in years because of the historically terrible customer service. After my recent visit will absolutely return. As soon as I entered the store someone was there to greet you and offer assistance. When told we were just browsing they gave us the space to do that without someone hovering. As soon as I needed help someone was available and provided excellent service. Great job

I went to this store bought many things over the years.i bought a dryer yesterday..it was an absolute dream so easy .The girl there was Annette B..she was wonderful..very knowledgeable.and so friendly..never pushy answers all my questions..I was in and out she made my day thks so much Annette B

go see jose hes great.....purchased a phone that had a bad wifi chip supposed to have 90 day geeksquad protection from online certified geek squad refurbished phone wasbrokennonline ran me around from dept to dept Attleboro store had an extremely rude geek squad manager had me sit there 2 hrs and nothing accomplished jose was fantastic checked my options and got me a new phone geek squad was also helpful unlike Attleboro where they did nothing

I have been making purchases at Best Buy stores for quite a few years now, mostly in Rhode Island and Florida, but any store, anytime I need an electronic device. So far, Every store has been friendly and very helpful. I’ve never had any problems with purchasing or returning anything. Today I actually forgot it is black Friday 2023, I went to the Warwick store to exchange an LED tv. They were extremely busy and yet, they were all very friendly and helpful again!! I was in and out of the store with my new tv in less than half an hour!! I’ll be a Best Buyer forever!

I bought a meta quest today and while I was inside my brother drained my battery! Nick was happy to help us out when he let us borrow his jumper cables. Above the top service!

Best Buy is always a great time! The employees have always been cool people, so much so that I've wanted to work here!

During my last visit I was greeted at the door by an employee who asked me what I was looking for today. You just don't get that level of customer service these days... Except at Best Buy!

It's always my first stop for video games, movies and tech stuff (they have ALL the cables and adapters!!)

I needed a new Chromebook, so I ordered one on the Best Buy website. I chose the "pick up in store" option.
It was such an easy process. When I got to the store, there were 2 greeters who sent in the right direction to pick it up.

My cousin, a musician, is visiting from Italy. He is very interested in components and equipment as he has a recording studio in his house. We went into the amplifier room and your very knowledgeable team member, David, was extremely helpful. He accommodated all of my cousins requests and skillfully answered all of his questions.

Best part about this store is it best buy after all good customer service and quick to answer ur questions

I bought a few appliances and Ryan was super helpful. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient. I plan to continue to shop at this location for my future purchases.

Geek squad department was knowledgeable and helped me get the parts I needed to repair my PC at home. Offered to repair it as well if I wasn't able to.

We were sure it was going to be crazy but what an organized store. We checked in when we got there and were out in 10 minutes on black Friday !

We knew what we wanted. We were greeted immediately and ha our purchase and out the door in kess than 15 min.
