What I have learned is there still hope For honesty ,caring, integrity & good hearted Car Salesmen. My son and I were attended by a gentleman named Austin.
He didn't fill our heads with lies and false expectations. He worked with us diligently & made us feel heard, understood & most of all Austin went above & beyond to appease us with the price. I will continue to boast about Austin & Direct Sale & Leasing for they have earned for me to do so.

I just purchased a vehicle from this company. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had buying a used cargo van. The staff was extremely polite, provided frequent updates and were upfront with any and all issues. In fact, after they inspected the vehicle, they replaced the breaks and installed a new Turbo unit with associated lines. Highly recommend.

I was in the market for a 2012 or 2013 manual C6 Corvette. Located a beautiful Silver and Red on CarGurus. The car was located at Direct Sales and Leasing in Youngstown OH, which was 400 miles from my home. Reached out to Austin of Direct Sales for additional info on the car. This would be the first time I ever purchased a car, let alone a used car without seeing or test driving the vehicle. So to say I was weary, nervous or hesitant is an understatement. Austin in my opinion went above and beyond working with me. He arranged a FaceTime call to walk around the vehicle as well as starting the vehicle so I could observe the engine, gages and interior. To have a warm fuzzy, I wanted to make sure the car was mechanically sound so I asked if the car could be taken to a Chevy dealer and put on a diagnostic machine, at my expense. Without hesitation Austin agreed to drive the car to the local dealership who I had scheduled the diagnostic with. The car checked out good with no issues and the deal was done! Setting pretty in my garage as we speak. My overall experience dealing with Austin and Direct Sales and Leasing was Outstanding!

Bought a beautiful 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor from Austin.

Austin, as well as everyone else, was very easy going throughout the entire process, was very honest about the car, and was a man of his word who was happy to wheel and deal with me.

The car needed a tiny bit of work to pass PA inspection, but nothing too big. I bought the car on a Friday and by Tuesday of next week it's at a point where it'll easily pass PA Inspection.

They were completely transparent with every one and went into great detail with every issue and what was was working perfectly fine. I bought a roush mustang.it is a awesome high performance muscle car I have had it for 2 weeks. I could not be more pleased with it.

Direct Sales & Leasing is a friendly, responsive and square-dealing outfit. They were up front about the negatives (salvage title; previously totaled) and positives (everything else) of the Honda CR-Z that I bought in March for a fair price with no tedious haggling.

But I live in Arkansas, not Ohio, so I never got to take a test drive. When I took delivery, the "Check Air Bag System" light was on. Not good. It went on & off for about 2 weeks but stayed on for the last 2 weeks solid. I took it to a Honda dealer the other day; it's a $749 repair.

I texted that info to Austin Christopher, my contact at DS&L. I made no accusations but said the optics weren't real good. It looked like he'd sold me a car w/o telling me that a major repair was required.

Austin called me the next day, sincerely apologized for the trouble and said he'd driven the car many times and that warning light had never come on. I believed him. For one thing, DS&L has been in business a good while. Nobody stays in business doing underhanded things like knowingly selling cars in need of major repairs.

As a gesture of goodwill, Austin arranged for DS&L to send me a $200 check to help defray the repair costs. They didn't have to do that. The fact that they did is evidence of a rare trait these days -- class.

Great lot to go see in person, it will save you a lot of other stops. Great no pressure atmosphere with lots of options. Austin is an honest guy who knows his cars. We hope to do more business here soon.

I'm not one to leave reviews unless its deserved and honestly this one is. 5 stars doesn't do them justice. Every aspect of the transaction was top notch. Ive bought quite a few cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience I've ever had. Mike and Austin are great at there jobs. Zero pressure to buy. The pictures on the website didn't do the car justice which is usually the opposite. Extremely fair prices on all there cars. Trade in and financing was a breeze. If your looking for a great car , at a fair price , then go see them. You will be glad you did. Thanks again Mike and Austin for everything. LOVE the Yukon Denali.
