Ordering from AVADirect was an amazing experience. Not only are they the most flexible and customizable PC Builder I've found, but they are willing to work with you to add any parts that you might not find on their website if you desire it. The build quality is the best I've ever had from years of ordering PCs across different builders. Normally when I order PCs they come with incorrect RGB headers, USBs might not be set up properly, etc. None of this from AVADirect, they communicated with me constantly, provided updates on the order and offered suggestions and alternatives I could swap to adjust shipping time. The PC arrived perfectly and is constructed at the highest quality I've ever received. I've recommended AVA to my friends and will be using them for every upgrade going forward.

I initially submitted an order and received a quick response with questions (!) that helped fine tune my selections. That follow up was key as I had assumed the selections I had made would do the job.

I had been saving up for years to invest in a solid gaming tower pc. I knew I wanted it custom built but wasn’t sure what company to go with or which parts would be the best. Everyone I talked to had strong opinions about various companies and it seemed like no one could agree which was best.

I stumbled onto the Ava direct website while doing some google research and because of how easy the custom build interface was I decided to go with them. I was a little worried because there were some bad reviews but they were all dated more than a few years ago so I decided to take the chance and I was not disappointed!

It was so easy to pick the parts I wanted and compare prices and specs. I also loved the amount of customer service. Shortly after placing the order they reached out to me to thank me for choosing them and also to touch base with me on how long they estimated it would take to get all the parts in and assembled. They also politely asked me for any feedback I had regarding navigating and using the website and pc builder tool. A small gesture that I appreciated and found very thoughtful is when I replied with my feedback they actually acknowledged it instead of leaving me on read so to speak.

I was really impressed with the packaging. The amount of safety and protection that went into keeping my pc safe. The outer most box was fairly damaged but the inner box was untouched. (there was a big shipping box and inside was a second box with the actual of). They even included all of the different manuals and manufacture warranty info type papers that came with the individual parts as well all the extra cables and such which I really liked.

My pc was very easy to get set up and even easier to get everything up and going in terms of downloading the various programs I wanted.

I want to thank everyone at AVADirect. The service and build quality exceeded my expectations. As a building enthusiast I was hesitant to go through any group to have a computer built for me. I was unable to acquire the parts I wanted for my build and upgrade due to the most difficult and unusual market I have ever seen. AVADirect came highly recommended from a friend I trust and AVADirect never let me down! Every time I called, I was given dedicated and honest service, the pricing is fair and the build was beyond all my expectations. The technician completed the build with enthusiast level detail. There were some minor issues with the Corsair fan controller but that was most likely due to vibration of the shipping loosening some of the cables. I was up and running with the system with only a few corrections within 15-20 minutes! The packaging for shipping provided more than enough protection to ensure a safe delivery of the computer. I will have a difficult time choosing whether to build myself or just order again from AVADirect for my future systems and upgrades! Thank you AVADirect for a wonderful purchase and experience!

This is my third custom computer with AVADirect. The builds have always been a satisfying experience, and they always exceed my expectations. My latest build was my first experience with AMD. Previously my choice was Intel, however, I'm completely happy with this new choice!

Great customer service! My questions were answered and I was kept up to date during the build process. The order was also VERY well packed, with material even inside the PC case to protect the components during shipping. Super happy with my order!

Had AVA build a custom all white PC gaming machine for me. They did an amazing job! I lack the knowledge, or the time to build my own machine, so I thought I'd try them.

Their website makes it easy to build a custom machine, and if they don't have the parts in stock, they will try and obtain them for you.
My original build had some incompatible parts. I wouldn't have known, but their sales department contacted me and gave me some other alternatives.

Before you place your order they send you out a quote and show you your exact build. So you don't have to worry that you ordered the wrong parts. Also, their prices are reasonable, and they don't try to gouge you, like a lot of other companies do. They're completely up from with what you're going to get.

After I placed my order, it only took ten days. I was expecting at least a month, because of supply chain issues. The PC was packed securely in a double box with expandable foam inside to keep the parts from coming dislodged. The box included all the accessories, and manuals that came with the various parts.

It took about 30 minutes to unbox and setup my system. I hit the power button and I was off and running.

I love my new PC and will be using AVA Direct in the future!
I recommend AVA to anyone who is looking to have a custom build done. Lastly, I was glad to give my business to a smaller company , and not some giant corporation.

They're base in Ohio where I lived most of my life. I only wish I lived there so I could thank them in person.

Just bought my second computer from AVA Direct. Both times I have been very happy. I love the ability to custom build - choose basically every part. But they make it easy even if you aren't a hardware expert to make sure the parts you choose work with one another. Once you decide what you want, its built within a week and on its way to you. Its way more computer than I need, but its so economical that I get top shelf components to stretch out the life of the computer. Love AVA Direct.

I have a need for an unusual set of functionality in my computer which cannot be met by over the counter purchases. I am also a hardware novice and would never consider building myself. I have used AVADirect for my last 2 computer builds and I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of the experience. Up front, they will consult with you as to your needs and make suggestions that meet those needs, not those that increase the price. They keep you informed throughout the build process and thoroughly check out the unit before shipping with a 24 hour burn in to detect any problems. Shipping is fast and packaging is secure. Everything that came with the parts and not used in the build is included in the shipment: extra screws, cables, all instruction manuals, even the empty thermal paste tube. I have had occasion to call AVADirect on several occasions with questions, always the result of my lack of knowledge or user error. They have always answered my concerns with patience and easily understood information. Thanks to AVADirect, I get the computer I require at a fair price and receive excellent customer support. They also sell pre-configured desktops and laptops. I purchased a laptop for my wife from AVADirect and she has been very happy with the product and performance. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with AVADirect for your computer needs.

I needed a new trading computer in January. After spending several weeks researching parts, I discovered that some of the parts I wanted were not in stock due to shortages. I also did not know if I had the time or experience to build a computer myself. So I decided to order one from AVADirect. The shopping experience was a blast and customer support helped with with my questions. After I designed and ordered my system, AVADirect took care of everything including obtaining a very hard-to-get graphics card. When the system arrived, I was very impressed with the build and the excellent cable management. I have been using my machine for 6 months now without any problems. Previously, I have purchased several computers from CyberpowerPC and Dell. The quality of the AVADirect build is superior to builds I have received from those companies and the price of the machine was about the same as if I had just purchased the parts myself assuming I could even find them.

I've ordered 2 computers from AVA. Both of them were well built and incredibly well packaged/shipped. One had a little fan noise, but it was more a problem of the part I picked than the computer, and on the second computer I just communicated what I wanted them to check for during testing and they did.

They communicate part availability and ship-times very clearly, which is always appreciated.

Purchased from AVA Direct in the middle of the GPU shortage. I went in knowing and expecting to not receive a computer until August at the earliest, and was fine with that. I ordered in April, and through the help of AVA Direct's fantastic customer service, ended up getting my PC in May. It's an absolutely amazing machine and pretty much flawless in its build quality. I was blow away with the care and attention to detail they put into the machine, and were very responsive in helping me get the machine I wanted in a reasonable time frame. Great buying experience and if I do ever buy a prebuilt again, it will be through AVA Direct.

AVADirect primarily offers custom-built computers, though all I needed recently was a stock laptop build with no replacements or upgrades. Even still, with my simple, straightforward purchase, I appreciated their attentive service and quick replies. My CC initially denied my purchase, which required some back-and-forth with AVADirect, but they patiently worked that out. My laptop was also backordered (supplies of all kinds of computer parts are slow from manufacturer these days!) but they gave me regular updates as I asked for them.
Their packaging of my new laptop was incredibly robust! Gave me great confidence that the computer would survive even the worst treatment the shipping company could give it. And indeed it's been a fantastic computer. And the next new big box I purchase will likely be a custom machine from AVADirect.

You can customize your computer with a wide variety of different parts. The price updates as you add or subtract parts so no surprise in what you are investing in. The computer comes in a very large box that is packed very well to survive shipping. Build and save configuration then go price check at other sellers and see that their prices are hard to beat. Build quality is top tier. They are quick to communicate any questions. Tested before they are shipped so when you push the power button it is ready go with no effort on your end to make ready to use as you want it.

AVADirect delivered an unexpected custom PC experience. When shopping for a new custom gaming PC I considered and evaluated a number of builders. I selected AVADirect due to the flexibility and breadth of customization options, including the ability to totally skip out on lighting and aggressive design options while still having a sharp looking computer. What sold me on the company was the quality of the sales experience. I highly recommend working with a sales rep before making a purchase. Kyle was able to help me optimize and balance my build to fit my budget, without compromising on quality. The build time was rather long, but I respect the challenges sourcing parts and the time AVA spends testing each part and the full build. If you aren't going to build yourself and don't mind spending a little extra over the ibuypower and cyberpowerpcs of the world, AVADirect can provide a great experience.

The computer arrived in perfect shape, because it was packed in multiple layers of protection. It started-up without issues. I found no problems, and the build was clean (good cable management). The only time I called for support, they were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Great experience; I am very happy.

Wow. I'm so glad I went with AVADirect for my custom build. I visited other sites, such as iBuyPower and Cyber Power PC, Digital Storm, and several other PC builder websites. Honestly, some of these site (but not all of them) had better actual web pages (better navigation, better aesthetics, more responsive), but in the end, I really don't care about the actual website. What really matters is my final PC build, at a fair price. I wanted to put together the PC of my dreams, and AVADirect delivered. With those other PC builder websites, the lack of customization, or in some cases, exorbitant prices, meant I would either have to pay for an overpriced product or accept a product that lacked my desired components. I spent around 4 or 5 months researching every single component in my PC build, and I did not have to compromise whatsoever with the component selection on AVADirect. In fact, when the air cooler I wanted was not listed on the customization page, a sales rep informed me that they could simply order the air cooler for me and include it in my build anyway. I designed my build to be fairly high-end, and AVADirect treated it as such. The shipping packaging was robust, and the system build quality was excellent (the cable management in particular was immaculate). The only things I can't comment on, because I didn't interact with them, are tech support and customer support. The people I spoke with were in the sales department, and they were professional, knowledgeable, personable, easy to talk with, and not "sales-pushy." They also didn't sound like I was talking to a robot, which I appreciated greatly. I never write feedback this glowing about a company. Partly, this is because a product will have a long lifespan, and something could go wrong at any time; it only takes one thing to have a bad experience, and I'm a bit of a pessimist in this regard. But so far, everything has been perfect, and AVADirect enabled me to get the PC of my dreams in an environment where good components are in short supply (like the glorious RTX 3080 that they procured for me). Because of those factors, I am incredibly grateful that AVADirect exists. Job well done people.

I cannot praise enough AVADirect for the workstation they built for me. I ordered it on April 9, 2021, receiving it on May 6. To sum it up, my expectations were exceeded at every step of the process.

I turned to AVADirect after an unpleasant experience with another company. Even after not meeting the four-week estimated delivery, they still would not tell me the status of my order. In the end, I was able to persuade their deceitful representatives to cancel it with a full refund.

AVAdirect, on the other hand, surprised me with genuine transparency of their process and robust personal support.

When I first called them, representative Nikki thoroughly answered my worries about their end-to-end process and the availability of parts for machines like mine. She explained they understand what customers go through while waiting for their computers, and therefore AVAdirect tries fully address such concerns. She then connected me with Kyle, a highly knowledgeable technical rep with a very warm personality.

Kyle was generous with his time during all my interactions with him. He analyzed my workstation requirements (which, I admit, were quite lengthy :) and made helpful suggestions. Their online system had all the information I needed - from the availability of all components even before I made my or order to the subsequent build and delivery status. Yet, Kyle patiently doubled-checked the situation for me when I had even the slightest doubts.

The machine arrived three days before the estimated date. I was pleased with how it was packed, all unused parts preserved. Adding to my confidence in the thoroughness of their technical guys, I found on the C-drive a folder with their test reports and a detailed configuration file.

I did not post my experience with the machine until I was convinced it worked flawlessly (which it did). Now I can tell Kyle, Nikki, and their entire team that their build process, support, and resulting product were absolutely great for me. Thank you so much for everything!
