Easiest and most satisfactory car selling experience of my life!! Heard about this business from my neighbor so tried it out when selling my 9 year old car. I went online, described my vehicle and got the best early offer out of three competing companies. Set up an appointment (lots of availability) online, and showed up 10 minutes before opening (first appointment). Manager of location let me in, and showed me to the coffee.
Mitch, the appraiser, showed on time, and in fifteen minutes had an offer and explanation of the number for me. It was fair, I accepted, and walked out with a check in hand in less than one hour. Definitely the way to sell a car in Youngstown area today!! Thanks guys.

Honestly the best car selling AND buying experience ever. They gave me $875 more than the already high instant cash offer on my vehicle. There is no need to negotiate, they come to you with their best offer to buy your vehicle. (And they are totally cool with just buying your vehicle) Not to mention the vehicle we ultimately bought from them was priced way below market value. Fantastic experience all around! I was looking for an Acadia AT4 and Cheddar had the best deal in Ohio by far. I worked with Monica throughout the buying process and she was outstanding! Frank in finance was very thorough and explained the financing process very well. When I questioned the tread left on the tires, Burt the VP very generously offered to replace all 4 tires to secure the deal. I would definitely recommend Cheddar to all of my family and friends!

We drove from South Central PA to purchase our Ford F350 from Cheddar Auto (8 hours round trip). Their prices were the best around. Our salesman, Carter, was very patient and gave us our space to give the vehicle a good once over. After leaving with our new-to-us truck we encountered some issues and the team at Cheddar could not have been more helpful! I highly recommend them if you are searching for a used vehicle! I highly recommend using Cheddar Auto if you’re in the market to sell your vehicle. The whole process only took two days. Simple as plugging in your vehicle information online, scheduling an inspection, and signing a few papers. The final offer essentially matched the online offer as well. No issues throughout the whole process.
