I love buying soaps here. I admit it. But it's far more than that. I've gotten candles on some occasions, and on a recent trip, I saw body lotions for men with scents available in Bourbon and Mahogany Teakwood. Got the Bourbon as an impulse buy, and I gotta say it's a good alternative to cologne after jumping out of the shower with the added benefit of moisturizer during the cold and dry winter months. Great location in a mall that seems to be bucking the trend as far as suburban malls go.

Store was so bright and cheery. Greeted by Doan who was so pleasant, upbeat, and friendly. The sales girls were all very nice as well. The atmosphere made you feel comfortable and made you want to shop. I had so much fun.

I love Bath & Body fragrances! They have the most potent scents that last the longest, but the truth is that I can get them online anytime so what makes me go to the store? People like Richard who provide exceptional customer service and make me feel great about spending hundreds of dollars on candles! All jokes aside, Richard was honestly once of the kindest, most professional, sincerely apologetic managers I’ve ever dealt with. I had to make an online purchase return and the system was causing an issue making the correct refund despite me having my receipt. He was so sincerely upset that I had to waste time in the store while calling customer service and trying to figure things out. It was nice to see a manager master truly caring about the customer while maintaining policy and professionalism. Thank you!

I love Bath and Body for lotions, body sprays and for body wash. The staff at the stores I visit are always friendly. There are always bottles to test out scents and lotions. They change their scents over every season so there is always something new. They are on the pricey side but they normally have good sales going on. They will have buy three get two free which is normally what i do. Where everything will come out to a little over 10 bucks a piece.
The quality of the products are great but of you have allergies Id talk to staff first.

Great place. So many scents to chose from. They have alot of sales throughout the year. I live to shop here the day after Christmas. It is my present to myself

The employees are very very nice. There to help with all questions. Very nice place for perfumes and body sprays candles and so much more. Great sales.

Went there for the candle sales event. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Even they were so busy with so many people there they still help me look for the scent .
