Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern

January 13, 2024 - had a surprise birthday party held at Blue Canyon for 50+ people. I can’t rave enough about how much I love the venue. What a fun and memorable event. The food was amazing!! Steak melted in your mouth. Chicken, shrimp pasta, and trout - all outstanding. And the chocolate bomb dessert, oh my! The big spacious beautifully decorated room was perfect. Abundant and easy parking. The best part of all was the service and event planning provided by Ashley Bakewell and her team. They were phenomenal! Helpful, responsive, caring, professional. This place is a real gem in Twinsburg. Highly recommend this venue! Just wish the Browns would’ve won!

Love Blue Canyon.
The past three visits I’ve made to BC, I’ve ordered the Chicken and Shrimp entree. The first time I ordered it to go. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and was so juicy and tender that I didn’t even have to cut it with a knife. I was blown away. Then you add the sauces, shrimp and grits, and you’re in flavor heaven. I came back about 2 weeks later to get drinks and dinner on the patio with my boyfriend. I told him we have to get the chicken and shrimp dish, and we also ordered a curried scallop dish. My boyfriend loved flavors of the chicken and shrimp dish, and he also mentioned that the scallops were cooked to perfection. We visited BC last week on a whim, during a busy Friday night. We got there around 7, without a reservation, and were quickly accommodated. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they had a clam bake going on, and were lucky enough to have gotten there in time to score one. It was great! It came with a dozen clams, lemon and thyme chicken with an apple cider glaze (to die for), pimento cheese creamed corn, and clam chowder. Soooo good. We also got meatballs and marinara. Molto bene! Blue Canyon is doing things to high standard at it shows. Each dish I’ve tried is cooked to perfection. The prices are very fair for the quality you are receiving, and the service/atmosphere is wonderful. You have to check it out!

We went for Easter brunch. It was really nice, great menu selection and buffet options. Service was superb. Highly recommended! Will go back in warmer months to enjoy the patio.

Perfection!! What else can I say ? The elegance and beauty of the architecture and decor is just beautiful in an old-fashioned way that makes you feel good .The service was perfect in every way, Best service hands down! We ordered a pizza that was made from heaven. A beautiful experience for occasion, big or small. As always, tip your servers well!

Merle was a great server and explained everything well. The food was delicious too! The creme brulee got rave reviews at our table. I had the carrot cake which was delicious!

We had our daughter’s baby shower in The Lodge Room and I can not say enough about how wonderful everything was. Ashley was our event coordinator and was terrific to work with. She replied quickly to emails and phone messages and offered suggestions when I had questions. The day of the event went without any issues: the room was clean, set up perfectly with the buffet and bar at one end and guest tables on the other side. A cake table and gift tables were also set up. Our servers were outstanding- attentive but not obtrusive, very pleasant and wanted us to have a memorable event. We had a few children and they were given crayons and paper to play with. The food was delicious! Chicken piccata, green beans, roasted fingerling potatoes and mushroom raviolis for the vegetarian guests. Salad and rolls were also included. All of it was spot on. Leftover food was packaged up for us to take home. Restrooms were right out the room, very convenient and there was plenty of parking. I would highly recommend Blue Canyon!

We had our future daughter in law's bridal shower in the Terrace Room. Everything was wonderful . . .From working with Ashley to schedule it, to our servers Amy and Olivia, and the incredible food. It was perfect. The room (as well as the entire restaurant) was recently updated. The Terrace Room itself with all it's glass windows was a beautiful setting, even on a rainy day. I highly recommend you checking out Blue Canyon for your next event.

Fabulous lunch to celebrate the Eclipse at Blue Canyon this afternoon. Wonderful food, so sorry we were so busy looking at the Eclipse I neglected to take pictures of the food. We shared a wonderful Hot Chicken Steamed Buns with a Siracha Honey Buffalo Sauce - very tasty. I had the Open-faced Prime Rib French Bread pizza with mixed green salad and the dressing was delicious. The Walleye Fish and Chips was also exceptionally good with a very nice tartar sauce. We were a group of nine and everyone enjoyed the afternoon so much we are looking forward to doing it again soon!

I recently had my baby shower here the first week of December. It was so wonderful! The staff was so friendly and so easy to work with for catering and space options. Ashley the event planner was in constant contact and made the planning smooth. The food was very good and we had plenty of leftovers. The atmosphere was beautiful! We had no idea it was going to be decorated for Christmas but it was the perfect amount of touch for a winter baby shower theme! I can't thank the team enough.

I just love this place. Slightly higher end price for more than high end food. The chefs here truly know what they're doing. Visually stunning on top of the great flavor combinations. Nothing on the menu will ever disappoint. They will go out of their way for any special occasion. Always great service.

I have nothing but great things to say about Blue Canyon. The brunches are phenomenal. My husband and I went to their most recent brunch and the food exceeded our expectations. I’m still dreaming of the brunch, even almost 2 weeks later.

Additionally, I had my baby shower here last January. I never left a review then, but I look back on that day with fond memories shared with my friends & family with delicious food.

I would highly recommend Blue Canyon for any events, date nights, or just a family brunch/dinner, if you’re looking for high quality food and service.

I just hosted a surprise party in the newly renovated Terrace. The BC team were great to work with. The menu selection was the hardest part because there are such great options! It was a tasty lunch buffet. The compliments were flowing from our guests. Fantastic space for a party!!

The Terrace Room was the perfect venue to host our bridal shower. Ashley, our Coordinator, was so easy to work with and very responsive throughout the planning process. The room was beautiful, the food excellent and the staff went above and beyond on the day of the shower. I would highly recommend!

We have had our Annual Holiday Party at Blue Canyon for the last three years and every time they have exceeded our expectations. We have enjoyed the food, atmosphere and excellent customer service. They have always been accommodating and their private dining team are extremely responsive and efficient. This has become our company's go to spot for our yearly holiday event. I would highly recommend it!

60th Birthday Party for my sister -in-law. Shrimp linguine was amazing and my wife had wagyu steak.....AMAZING!

& Guests contacted me after the event & loved everything about the event especially, the food. I was going to choose another venue originally but decided to call the Blue Canyon instead. Ashley & the Blue Canyon team exceeded every expectation I had from planning to finish. I did not have to worry about anything Ashley handled all the planning & setup.
I am already considering the Blue Canyon Twinsburg for my future events.

It's been a minute, but the ongoing renovation of Blue Canyon still produced one of the best prime rib dinners around. Soup or salads, meal and dessert. The prime rib was cooked perfect, loved the loaded mashed potatoes and green beans were all perfect. The wait staff gets an A+. I'll be back for sure, much sooner than the last time.

Oasis of great food in a series of intimate dining rooms. Eclectic menu with something for everyone. Great service thats friendly and attentive. Make reservations during busy times.

Amazing evening to sit on a beautiful patio and enjoy a great meal! The patio is tucked below the restaurant and it quickly takes you out of the world for a brief moment. The Nashville chicken sandwich is the best I have ever consumed!

Held my wife's 50th B-Day surprise dinner party here 12/27/23. Everything was fantastic! Ashley the coordinator was awesome in assisting with planning/menu. Very responsive and explained everything. Aimee our dedicated server was also awesome, attentive, and accommodating. Terrace room beautiful setting. All apps and meals were delicious. The steak marinade or sauce some didn't prefer, but EVERYTHING else really was perfect!
