I love the options and staff. If I ever get financially stable I would love to start my gaming collection here. A LOT of inventory. Every time I wanted a game to window-shop it was there.

Fair prices. Great staff. Great time. I wish I could support it more.

This is an absolutely amazing store! They always have some spectacular rare gems at reasonable prices! I couldn't believe all the rare and vintage games and music that they have displayed. It makes me want to add to my collection and all the friendly and knowledgeable staff make it easy to make the transaction easy and simple. The rewards program is killer, so be sure to be on it.

Thia being said, The Exchange as a franchise is something that people in our area take for granted, but I am super thankful to have the opportunity to shop at such a wonderful establishment and to be able to buy and sell nostalgic memorabilia to keep it alive for the real passionate people of the many different mediums in the world of entertainment.

Stopped at their Boardman location yesterday!!! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable!!! Sooo many items to choose from .. I decided on Gift Cards .. my nephews will love picking out their own Christmas items!!! Thanks for the great experience!! Merry Christmas!!! 🎄🎄

One of the most equipped stores in Boardman, OH. Has an unbelievable amount of all things video games, music, and movies from all decades. Staff is always accommodating and friendly.

Great selection of retro thru modern consoles and games. Movies, music, and collectables are also available at this location. Prices can be a bit high for some of the more rare games, but not crazy. When the right people are behind the counter you can get a fair deal on selling or trading your old games.

They had a ton of games there, from the Nintendo 64 and to the genesis and ps2!! Granted it's a bit pricey, but the staff was super friendly, helpful and the place was well taken care of.

We traded in a Wii, Wii games, and a nintendo switch lite for a new nintendo switch console. The staff was wonderful and even synced our nintendo account to the new switch. It was very nice of them to do that at no additional charge. They were very kind, patient, and informational. Definitely going to visit again.

One of my favorite places to go and get games. Prices may be a little high on some things but it’s possible to find a great deal on some things. The only problem I have is the glass cabinets in front of everything because sometimes I wish I could get a few stacks of games and without having to ask someone to open it every time which is a little inconvenient but if it’s a Covid protocol or just to make sure no one steals or damages something I understand but would be nice but anyway it’s my favorite store and I go here almost once a week.

Crazy amount of nostalgic things in here. From video games to records, movies and figures, anything you can't buy in a store is most likely here. Things for old gaming consoles this is your must go to. They have the power cables, controllers games and accessories for like every console. The prices won't do you any favors, mostly everything is full price, but you will find the things you need in a convenient location. If I need something for a older gaming console, this is where I go.

Got a PlayStation 5 (disk version) from there in the beginning of December 2020 when scalpers were scooping them up left and right. Stupid lucky. Never wouldn't have gotten it if it wasn't for y’all having it in stock 👍🏼

I have yet to visit an exchange that doesn't have good selection and nice vibes. They do well to stay organized and expand their offerings. Vinyl selection is pretty decent in addition to movies and TV. I don't look at the cds anymore, but they still have some.

Absolutely fantastic place. They have most systems and games in stock as well as accessories for them. They price those games to the same standards as online so they are fair to the customer's wallet. Their staff are so helpful and full of enthusiasm, they are always ready to help, whether it be with finding a game or suggesting one. The place is also well organized with the games, DVDs, books, and records in alphanumerical order.

For the most part, the prices are very good and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

First time there today. Sold 1 Game System and some games, then traded another one for store credit (gift card). Staff was very nice and helpful. I was able to look around the store while they analyzed my items. The store is very clean and they have a huge selection. You can find all kinds of stuff here. I saw many items that I had never come across anywhere before. Will definitely go back especially since I now have a gift card! They have records and even sell record players!
