Gil Navarro, Branch Manager , was fast, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in assisting my opening of a new checking account. He went indepth explaining the differences between the different types of checking accounts and helping me decide which was the best fit for me. He went above and beyond in helping me and was extremely fast from start to finish. Will definitely be recommending the Lorain Branch of LorMet to my friends and family!!

Irene was very thorough, kind, and accommodating in helping me with a transaction today. I am out of town, and she made the process seamless and efficient. Anytime I visit Ohio and bank with LorMet, I am always greeted with a warm welcome, and everyone is so friendly. I’ve also worked with Gil a few times, and he was very patient with my great-uncle, answering all of his questions and ensuring he understood everything about his account. I also like the fact that when I call I can always speak to someone and my questions are answered. I would recommend this branch to my family and friends in Lorain County.

I am from out of town and assisting a family member with their banking. From the moment i walked into LorMet, the customer service was 5 stars. Ms. Ortiz was professional, helpful and provided me with all the necessary information I needed. She even faxed over a document that was needed to complete my transactions. The receptionist was extremely polite. You can sense they all enjoy what they do by the way they treat their customers. If I lived in the Lorain area, I would definitely use LorMet as my bank.

Gil Navarro was absolutely fantastic in helping us get our account opened and rolling. Everyone is super friendly, outgoing, and you don't feel like any sort of number, they really care to take a personal approach and get to know you to be the best they can when offering assistance. I went in to the branch in a bad mood after dealing with what was my bank at the time. I wanted to switch banks and met with Gil. He was very polite, friendly and professional. He helped me open a new account that fit my needs and made sure I had everything I needed, it was a “painless and pleasant“ experience. I left in a much better mood. I highly recommend them.

Alexis is the Best you will find. I had some moments because of ERIE county error, she helped me get it fixed. She will go the extra mile. I'm 67 and she is the best I have ever worked with. Ask for her at LorMet in Mortgage.

I have had an account with Lormet for many years, I’ve alway had good experiences there. I went in today to open up an account for an estate account, I was told they don’t do them there. Ashley took her time to find a bank that does, called them and made an appointment for me, she went out of her way and I truly appreciate that. Lormet, you have a wonderful and thoughtful employee in her.

Fantastic and above average support from Teri today for an otherwise frustrating error by mail carrier. I didn't have all the pertinent info. when we first spoke, but Teri said to ask for her when calling back. I did, and Teri was ready to go right where we left off and provided options and solutions to resolve the issue.
I feel fortunate to have Teri help and Lormet C/U available for all my banking needs.
