This is hands down the best car dealership I have ever been to. First class service and a very relaxed buying experience. Tony and Nicole were excellent and will do everything they can to get the best deal for you. After being a sales manager at a dealership, I am very hesitant where I go to buy a car or truck. However, I would not think twice about going to Carena Motors again.

We drove an hour and 45 minutes to Carena Motors!! Would do business with them again!!! We had a little glitch on our end in the trade-in process, but they helped us through it all. We happily drove away with a solid, nice 2017 Chevrolet Spark!! Carena Motors has a high standard of vehicle excellence! If a vehicle is not up to their high standard, they'll send it back instead of going ahead to sell it. If that isn't peace of mind to buy a vehicle from them, I don't know what is! They were so kind and friendly to us from our first encounter on the phone, to getting the keys, and all the time in between! Very pleased! Never once felt any pressure at all! Most dealerships try to pressure you right at the beginning when you call to inquire about a vehicle, by pushing you to set up a test drive appointment. There was none of that with Carena Motors!! I freely asked all the questions I needed to about the car with no mention from them about trying to get me to come!

I was able to get in a very nice kept up newer vehicle with a reasonable down payment, reasonable car note and I am 100% satisfied with everything.. I was trying to go to Ford Dodge Kia with conflicting credit but Carena Motors staff exceeded my expectations. I’m very thankful and glad I got this deal done.. Excellent small dealership in my own neighborhood, everyone was very friendly , easy negotiating ( got a great price on a great car) the paperwork aspect was very quick and efficient, from the time we agreed on price it was about 20 minutes and we were driving away. Overall a great experience and I would definitely buy a car there again

Eric and Chris were great to work with - kind, engaging, thoughtful and helped us get what we wanted in a 2012 Honda CRV-EX-L, which was in great shape. They went out of their way to take the car to our mechanic to inspect and were gracious at the 11th hour when the financial arrangements we anticipated were not working out the way we planned. At the end of the day they gave us a fair deal and worked things out magnificently. We couldn't be happier and I can't recommend them highly enough

My husband and I drove from Pittsburgh, PA to Twinsburg, OH this past weekend to look at a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan that we found listed on Facebook Marketplace. The trip was over 2 hours long but it was worth making the effort and traveling out of state to do business with Carena Motors. We were able to get pre-approved financing even before we left our home. It was such a pleasure to do business with the team of Chris and Eric. They are not pushy at all. They have wonderful manners and are very kind. We made the decision to purchase the Dodge Grand Caravan because of its fantastic price and because it had very low mileage. Since the vehicle is a 2016, we were able to get the remaining balance of the factory warranty, too. These two men worked within our budget. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Carena Motors to you for your car buying needs. Tell them, Paul and Kathy sent you! :) (Seriously, them that! That way they remember us when we come back the next time we need to buy a car!)

First Class service!! I asked Carena Motors to find me a specific truck with the color and options for my work vehicle and they delivered. They searched and located a recent trade-in in another state and had it shipped within a week. After the beautiful detail I was driving home in my new F-150 at a great price.

2/10/2023 We purchased our 3rd vehicle from Carena. It was great working with Nicole and Joe. Last evening, we had an issue with the car we purchased on 1/16 and we called Nicole to get the number for the warranty we purchased. Nicole took care of EVERYTHING-getting us home, getting the car looked at and getting it fixed! We will always start our used car search at Carena!

I’ll never buy a car again from anywhere but cerena motors, it’s the best dealership in the surrounding area, the staff and owner are quick to settle anything and accommodate to all your needs, these aren’t sleazy car salesmen they are the best small dealership I’ve ever been too. 100% recommend to anyone looking to pick up a used car these guys deserve your business!

My wife and l were looking for a car for our son's first vehicle which was fairly new and had low mileage. After researching on various sites (CarFax and Kelly Blue Book), we located a 2017 Mazda3 at Carena Motors. Living in Pennsylvania, we were hesitant to consider a small, out-of-town used car lot to purchase a used vehicle. However, after reading several reviews about Carena Motors, we became more relaxed with notion of giving them an opportunity.

Once we called to inquire about the vehicle, Nicole was very forthright about the car, which a CarFax report revealed some areas of damage. Satisfied with our inquiry, we decide to travel to their lot (over 3 hours away) to test drive the car. Upon arrival, they let me take the car on a test drive by myself which allowed me to put the vehicle to the test and try and expose any potential red flags. In addition, because of the prior accident report, they delivered the car to a local body shop at my request on the very same day. Thankfully, the body shop was very accommodating and performed a thorough inspection, which alleviated our concerns about the damage report.

Although there wasn't much wiggle room on the final price, they did make concessions when an interior panel was discovered to be damaged by ordering a replacement part.

In conclusion, we were very satisfied with the interactions and purchasing process with Carena Motors. If our paths ever cross again, I would not be apprehensive to purchase another vehicle again with this establishment.

We just had a great experience buying a car at Carena Motors this weekend! We worked with both Eric and Chris over the course of just a few days and they were each friendly and helpful. We were looking for a safe, used car for my daughter and stopped in based on the inventory listed on-line and the positive reviews I had read about the customer service. I don't typically love the process of working with car dealers but Eric quickly greeted us and was attentive when I described why we had stopped in. He showed me what I wanted to see and suggested we look at a few others models for comparison, but stayed within the specs I had requested (small, crossover SUV) and budget. I appreciate that the guys were laid back without being too lax. When it came time to make the decision, they were knowledgeable about similar vehicles on the market and we feel they stayed competitive in their price. It's a good day when you can walk away from buying a car feeling satisfied. The process was simple and fast. I highly recommend stopping at this small, unassuming dealership. You'll be satisfied with the selection, pricing and service.

My positive experience with Chris and Carena Motors began with my initial call! All questions were answered immediately with no negative sales tactics. Upon arrival, I was able to be back on the road for the test drive immediately. The car I bought was in great shape with all the features I wanted (which were hard to find). Every car I saw on the internet/lot seemed to be top quality, well maintained, and very fairly priced. They have all vehicles examined and if necessary serviced by an independent third party shop. Chris made my experience with Carena Motors excellent and one that I won't forget! He answered all my questions very thoroughly, honestly, and without hesitation! I would highly recommend Carena Motors and will be recommending them to anyone I come across looking for a car. To help with word of mouth marketing, I will reference and recommend them to all friends, family members, etc. who see/ask about my CR-V whether they're looking for a car or not.
