She was committed to making our stay comfortable, provided attention to detail & very responsive to our needs. Check in & out was easy, rooms spacious/clean and breakfast was delicious! Every time I come into town to visit family I stay here and it's always nice to have friendly and helpful staff. Traveling is hard enough but both the late-night staff on 3/18 for check-in and check-out staff on 3/20 made it quick and easy. Rooms are clean, the hotel was quiet, and I would recommend if in town for a few nights.

We stayed here because we lost power at home for nearly 2 days. With 2 small children, and 30 degree temperatures outside, we needed a warm place to stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The suite was spacious. The bed was decent. The breakfast was good. And the kids loved the pool!

The room was so clean and the floor plan🛋 was just right for us, the 🛏 bed was comfortable and clean. I didn't even have to go in and clean the bathroom🚽🛁 (like I usually do, due to hair). The service staff🙋 was very helpful. The breakfast 🥞☕was hot and fresh 👌😋 plenty of parking🚗 swimming pool area🏊was clean. Plenty of closet space.👜👡 Overall great experience!!!!

It's hard to find a place that's nice, affordable, AND pet friendly, but this place nails all three. The rooms are clean and smell good, it's typically quiet (might hear an occasional dog bark while walking the halls), and the staff is so friendly and helpful. It's not the cheapest hotel on the block, but for what it offers, it's more than reasonable with a stocked kitchen and in-room temperature control (that actually works). I had to bring my dog and my cat for three nights and was so thankful to have a place for them with me.

I highly recommend this place and will certainly book again.

Three greats!
Location: easy and quick access to main roads and highways, including Ohio Turnpike, from this location. Road orientation is N/S, E/W, so it is easy to figure out where you are and which way you need to go. Many restaurants, shops, and businesses in immediate area but hotel is located in a quite area.
Hotel: Our room needed a carpet re-do and hotel may be getting close to furnishing and property upgrades, but it has the newer Residence floor plan. Like a small apartment, we were very comfortable for our week long stay.
Staff: Wonderful, would be willing to come back just for the people who work here.

I am here staying for training. My last name is different than what its showing bc I am married. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. Rooms are very clean and big. Love the kitchen. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is wonderful. I love the location it's not far from anything. I would recommend it to anyone. Best stay ever.

My husband and I stayed here and had a great stay. MaryLou at the front desk greeted us with a welcome package of snacks and bottled water and explained where everything was located and the hours of operation. She also called our room once to make sure we were settled in and asked us if we needed anything. The room was very nice and the price was very affordable. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience for a reasonable price.

Peter on 2nd shift is amazing he deserves a raise... The hotel is very quiet at all times as I work 3rd shift. But Peter is one of the nicest guys I ever met.

The room was very spacious and was well equipped with fridge, stovetop, and microwave. Bed was comfy and shower had nice pressure. Only complaint would be in room coffee for the maker was terrible and very weak.

Room was absolutely beautiful and VERY clean - best hotel yet!. But the most touching of my experience was the manager recognizing my celebration as a breast cancer survivor. I entered my room with a card and gift congratulating me. That's MANAGEMENT!!!

We were here yesterday, Saturday April 01st. for My GrandDaughter TaLiya'h. She had a Swimming Pool Birthday Party. The Hotel Suite Room 305 was absolutely beautiful. It was an adjoining room with stainless steel appliances, Microwave/Stove Combo, Refrigerator and Dishwasher and a Gorgeous
Fireplace. Beautiful for a weekend getaway.

Hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms were fresh, clean and had everything needed for an multi-night stay. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpfull no matter the time of day or night.

Great stay for our Company. We worked directly with Marissa Price the Director of Market Sales. She was always above and beyond to make sure our employees were comfortable and happy. Quick responses!

Stay in here for an outage. They didn’t have availability over the weekend, so I was going to have to move out for two nights. But they found an opening and squeeze me in. Great service. Desk people are awesome.

I checked into this hotel after a very long drive. It is in a very quaint friendly town the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and it's a very quiet property conveniently-located to multiple eating establishments and thoroughfares Boardman. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you had to make a decision and this city. The internet-connected televisions are awesome.

I Always stay here when I come home for a visit.... Always clean, Friendly staff, breakfast is ok... Not spectacular. If there were anything at all I would change it would be the towels... They're quite rough and scratchy.... HOWEVER, I LOVE staying here

Location: Great - close to lots of shopping including my favorites, Gabe's, Marshalls, TJ Maxx HomeGoods as well as mall just a bit further away but within 10 minutes. Chick-fil-A very close. Room: two room suite with 2 TV's, king bed, pullout couch (did not pull out - 14 & 9 yr old slept on couch. It is an L shape with another edge off the base of the L. We put the ottoman off the extra edge and wedged it in with the coffee table. Worked great). Small bathroom due to sink and closet outside where toilet and tub/shower were. Soft tissues!! Fully stocked kitchen. Service: Great breakfast, better that Best Western next door. Free hot drinks available at all times.Pool better that Best Western next door...Not as echoing. Staff very pleasant.

This hotel is amazing, my room feels like a home away from home. Complete with kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a fairly large bathroom. Will definitely stay in the future.
