Red Roof Inn Boardman

We've stayed here multiple times. The Head of Housekeeping lady is the best and very accommodating. This is the most pet friendly red roof inn in the country, 4 pet limit. Noon checkout is a bonus. Most of the front desk staff is top tier. We've had little issues here and there, but have always been well taken care of. Only complaint is that most beds are still dated spring mattresses, not quite the franchise standard quality.

Very nice staff. Easy stay. In and out. Clean bedroom and bathroom. No problems sleeping :) sheets were clean. Air conditioning worked great and I'm totally hapñy with my experience!! I would do it again ;)

Also, there was a very big and spacious desk in my room which was perfect for laying out my gear and setting up my laptop. 💪🏾💪🏾🎥

Front desk clerk was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard but for one night it was fine. Shower pressure was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

This motel had a nice quiet location and clean updated rooms. I stayed 12/2020 with a pet on first floor and it was very convenient to outside. Wish there was a tea bag with the mini coffeemaker, but all in all, great for the money. My only complaint is that there were no poop bags in the pet area.

Very clean rooms and lobby. They were cleaning from floors to doors when we walked thru the door and it smells and looks great. Needs are clean and comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Extremely reasonable room prices. Would definitely recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Enjoyed my stay. This was a very last minute trip, I called several hotels seeking a room. I decided on Red Roof based on the price and location. Check in was very easy. Pillows were good, bed cozy. Television remote didn’t work well, but there in an app available through your phone to use to control it. Didn’t hear people out in the hallway, and slept well!

So before I go to sleep tonight I want to write this short review:
I was alone on the road driving from Chicago to New York with my two kids and little Boston terrier and stopped here for the night around 12:30AM. Unfortunately as the hotel is being renovated they turned out to be fully booked but I do want to leave a 5 star review as the lady at the front desk was just so extremely nice going (successfully) above and beyond to find us a place nearby to stay. It seems it’s just rare nowadays to come across someone that has their heart in the right place and truly cares. Even though I have not tried the rooms the hotel is very conveniently located near restaurants etc. and this is a very nice Red Roof Inn, so besides the great people working at this hotel, it looks like a really good option to stay when in the area!

I recently stayed here at the Red Roof Hotel in Boardman and my stay was a pleasant one. The hotel is conveniently located off of South Avenue just south of Rt.224. The staff was both friendly and professional as well as helpful. When I first got to the hotel the employee working the front desk went out of her way to help me navigate and explain to a family member on the phone how to make a reservation online since I couldn't find my bank card and wasnt able to pay for a room myself that night, she was very patient with us as we were having problems making the reservation, she handled herself extremely professional since she was very busy, that night all of the other local hotels were all booked up and the Red Roof was the only one with several rooms left, by all right she should have been pulling her hair out and I wouldn't have blamed her if she told me that she was to busy to help us and to figure it out on our own, but she didn't do that, she continued helping us while helping others at the same time. The room was very clean as well as the entire building and grounds. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room for the night.

What a great comfortable place to stay. The staff are all friendly and with my wife expecting they accommodated me with extra pillows and blankets. Also when the coffee was out they got up and made a fresh batch within seconds. Great place and will definitely come back here again.

During a cross country move, my husband and I found this Red Roof Inn at our halfway point. It met our criteria in that it was a good price and accepted cats. It was quiet, comfortable, and had better pillows than pretty much any other hotel. The cats enjoyed it, too!

Stayed in room 111 for 2 nights. Room was clean well kept shower worked well have a little Maltese named dolce. hotel is animal friendly with no up CHARGE. They're spending 1.4 million for updates look for even better accommodations in the future.

Little dated but definitely a great hotel. Cheap price, no extra fee (refunded by other hotels) unless you use cash to pay. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and patient.

Stayed the night at the Red Roof Inn in a master suite. The room was clean and spacious it came with a desk and microwave it was very comfortable. The employees that i met were very kind.

Wonderful overnight stay. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of food options around and stores. It's a busy area. Our second time staying there. Will be back!

Very clean, comfortable, an excellent value with an outstanding restaurant (the Springfield Grille) next door. Our dog loved the Red Roof too.

Very clean beds were freshly changed as we were checking in still warm from the dryer. Nice breakfast friendly staff

Honestly they have great service and great prices honestly I believe this hotel better then the higher cost ones. The employees including John wehringer I tell you what he makes checking in easy and making it a great stay here in the red roof in. Honestly it’s worth checking out.

Great room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. At the price, you're going to be fine. If you want better, you must pay for better.
