Hampton Inn Youngstown/Boardman

Very great location, and so happy this was the property I chose to stay at. I was in town for a funeral and from the moment my family and I came in the door, Casey at the front desk has been amazing. She greeted us with a smile, thanked me for my honors membership and status, and made us feel right at home. The entire staff that we encountered were all great, but Casey went above and beyond to make sure we had the best Hilton experience ever and for that we are forever grateful. We thank you so much Casey for making this trip a great one, and we can’t wait to come back for another visit.

Great experience staying at this awesome hotel. Was made to feel so much at home with their warm, personable service and hospitality rendered both at front desk and during breakfast, during both of our 2 visits. Would love to revisit again. 👍👍👍👍

Room was super clean, staff was really nice, there's a lot to do in the area but we really just wanted someplace close to crash after new years and avoid driving. Honestly, I definitely got my money's worth and felt good about where I was sleeping. Definitely coming back to this location if I need to stay someplace in the area again.

Very nice! Room was clean and smelled nice. Hot breakfast was very good. Had a huge selection of food to choose from. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal. Cereals, fruit, yogurt, and different pastries. 10 out of 10!

Staff is very kind and helpful. Manager gave my wife and I a complimentary snack at checkout, I travel occasionally to Youngstown for work, and I started choosing this Hampton Inn for location and the breakfast. Rooms are clean and staff makes you feel comfortable. I will be back. Thanks.

The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was well done. The best part was the front desk staff. Missy was awesome. She responded cheerfully and quickly to every request, even finding a playground for my toddler granddaughter to burn off steam before the drive home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nicely updated rooms that are clean and convenient. The staff were all very responsive. Free breakfast was quite good, too.

I've stayed at many hotels. I've stayed at many with lots of youth staying there while on a trip with church. This place has been the kindest and most helpful of any place I have ever stayed. Teenagers can be rough and noisy, but every single employee that I encountered while staying here has been phenomenal! Thank you so much for making our stay fantastic! I appreciate each and every one of you!

I came with my family for a sports tournament. Hotel is located in a safe area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Also grocery store near by. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, quiet hotel. Front desk even gave me coupons for restaurant. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and they had coffee available throughout the day. Plenty of bottled water when i wanted it also.

Excellent Service! Excellent Rooms!

First, it was Heather setting me up with a last minute stay - including a late checkout! I really needed that for work.

Then, a couple of weeks later, it was Caroline booking me in for ANOTHER last minute stay. I could even check in early! This time, really needed that for the wedding I was attending. It literally saved the weekend.

The rooms are fantastic - and very comfortable. This is my "go to" hotel for Youngstown/Boardman.

Staff is very helpful, nice and pleasant.
Stayed 2 nights. Both nights had these inconsiderate people who left their door lock in the way of the door closing so they did not have to use the key card. They must have had kids because the door would constantly slam on the lock. That became very troublesome. 1 call to the desk and the staff took care of it right away.

Clean, cool, dark and quiet. I actually don't think I've ever slept so well in a hotel. It's not fancy but you can SLEEP.

Clean, friendly staff. Nice hot tub and indoor pool. Easy parking. Convenient to numerous restaurants . Small but well equipped fitness center. In room fridge and we'll stocked vending machine. Good place for a business traveler or a family trip.

Stayed in a handicapped and deaf-accessible room on the first floor. The room was clean and had all the amenities necessary for handicap access. There was a small button outside the room that rang a high pitched beep inside for those with hearing difficulties. The hotel pool was clean and refreshing and the Continental breakfast was more than adequate.

It was the best Hampton I have ever stayed at. The staff is exceptional. The check in lady (2/11/21 around 4pm), was fantastick and very kind. Caroline, the night desk lady was also exceptional. The smiling face on the morning desk girl was a perfect good bye. Please thank them for me.

My wife and I stayed last weekend for 2 nights. I found the room perfect, affordable and clean. I would stay here again. They have hot and cold foods for breakfast.

Hampton Inns are usually reliably clean, reasonably priced, and conveniently located. This one is no exception! Special shout out to the overnight front desk manager for holding my reservation for an extremely late check in 👍

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel while in town for the flea market. Room was very nice and my wife said the assistant general manager was very very nice. She even gave my wife and extra bottle of water because she seen how sunburned she was. We would definitely stay again.

Best room we had on our trip, clean, quiet, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The room was small but very well laid out. The large TV was very nice

Just an overnight but comfortable with great breakfast layout.
Very clean.

Only negative is that there are not comfortable chairs to spend an hour reading or talking.

Otherwise great. One of our favorite hotels
