Purchased a new vehicle. 717 personnel were very professional from start to end. They provided me all the information to make a decision. From my initial call to completing the documents at the Vienna Branch, it was so easy. They took the time to explain every detail. Really appreciate their professionalism and how they treat their customers.

My appointments with Breanna to open my savings account and Leslie to apply for my home equity loan were such an enjoyable experience. Both ladies were friendly, helpful and made this process very positive.

Leslie was extremely knowledgeable on the situation, friendly and caring about the needs of our decision. She was able to provide the required information timely and allow us to build a better relationship with her and Seven Seventeen Credit union with our banking and loan needs. She preformed above any other staff member that I have ever met at any of the facilities of Seven Seventeen, as I have banked at both the Larchmont Branch and now the Vienna Branch. I have been a member of 717 Credit Union for about 10 years. Re-mortgage for real low rate, and several cars and motorcycles later, I can attest that you will not find better service and low finance rates anywhere else! Their method of operation is very team oriented with the main office, but you can pick the branch that you work with. Everyone is on the same page and I have not ever had a problem. Just bought a new car, and my son a new truck, both within the last two weeks. It's nice that as a customer/shareholder, what they do AND what you do is what keeps everything working smoothly. Not like a "monster mega bank", but powerful enough to serve all of your needs.

Ryan Ellis was exceptionally thorough and patient throughout the process of finalizing my new Home Equity Line of Credit. He was attentive to detail, very personable, easy to reach with questions and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable about the process. As a new member to Seven Seventeen Credit Union I have had nothing but incredible experiences and am happy to have the service of such a wonderful establishment.

Our first mortgage was with 717. It was a flawless transition as well was a second mortgage for some home improvements. Now 17 years later it's time for some retirement updates. Once again it was a easy process to obtain a line of credit. New people, well trained, very informative while answering all my question. Couldn't be more pleased.

Local credit unions are the best place to bank, especially true with SSCU! Seven Seventeen is locally owned and gives back to the community, they are great to deal with, don't fall for the tricks of the big banks!
