Fantastic front desk staff. Well maintained breakfast area and Tracy was wonderfully accommodating with preparing food early for our team’s morning games. Would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. They rooms are nice. Mini fridge, microwave, tv, AMAZING water pressure. The breakfast is served from 6-10am everyday and it was a feast. Waffles, breakfast sandwiches, omelets, sausage, fruit, pastries, cereal, juice….anything you could want in the morning. 24/7 coffee! The pool is a small but this isn’t a large hotel. They also have a decent fitness room!

I stayed here for 3 weeks and only have positive things to stay about my time here. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with some accommodations. They have a great free breakfasts compared to other hotels at this price point including some rotating options. This especially refreshing for longer stays. Housekeeping came every day or every other day. I was suprised to find that there are plenty of restaurant options in the area. There’s a few strip malls across the street with any cusine you can think of.

Very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is very nice.
The only thing I was confused about was, my daughter's service dog was allowed, so therefore doesn't that mean pet friendly? There were complaints of the dogs barking. People with dogs should be on one side and the ones without on the other side to seal the deal on complaints.

Dominic, the General Manager, assisted us with extending a short-term reservation to a long term. He made the process fast and easy and was extremely pleasant and polite throughout the whole process.

The room was nice, clean and beds were comfortable. The gentlemen who checked us in (evening) , I think his name was Dominic was very upbeat and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and had some hot and cold food options, coffee was nice and hot! One of the days they had egg /spinach/ cheese omelette in a cup and it was delicious, I was there for 4 days so I personally would have liked some plain oatmeal with some toppings as an option and more fresh fruit options.

Front desk staff Sherry was very friendly and helpful during our check in. Hotel employees were also polite, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Very clean and comfortable room; I got a great night's sleep. I appreciated being able to control the room temperature and have the fan on for some added white noise and didn't have any problem with noise from the hallway or other rooms. Spacious. I'd like to single out Peter, who checked us in at 10pm or so, for helping us sort out our hotels.com reservation and get us on our way to our rooms. A welcoming and pleasant guy. As for free breakfast, I've learned to ignore these, because they're typically nothing special and, unless you get down there at 6am, inaccessible due to crowding ("Terrible food!" "I know, and such small portions!"), and this was the case because of a large group of teens. No room for us. Not the hotel's fault. But breakfast was at Bob Evans and not free. I'd stay here again! It was great to have a quiet night despite the place being fully booked.

My enjoyable experience at this hotel began at the front desk.
"Neil" must have a degree in customer service because he was engaged and helpful and friendly....he recommended a very nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. He also honored my request for a particular type of room and was helpful each time I saw him.
I enjoyed staying at this Marriott hotel as it was very nice & clean and close to many restaurants & stores. I would definitely stay here again and I hope "Neil" receives the recognition he deserves!

Sherry and Team provide amazing customer service and cannot be beat at this price point. The breakfast, room cleanliness, and amenities were very much appreciated. Even more so was how Sherry went above and beyond by mailing a small package that included my prescription sunglasses all the way to North Carolina after we returned home. If you need a comfortable night's rest and want a friendly staff, look no further!

Nicole who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Nice warm clean pool. Breakfast was surprisingly excellent for a hotel breakfast, they had a variety of hot foods even for us who slept in. Very nice hotel!!

Gabby was working front desk and breakfast and I don't know what all else on Saturday morning and she was doing it all with such a great attitude! Rooms were nice and big and the bed was very comfortable. We got in very late on Friday and so apparently missed the underage party that had been on the 3rd floor - it was very quiet by the time we arrived :)

Indeed a very pleasant stay every time we're in town. The staff is always courteous and extremely helpful. Team members remember your name and take interest in getting to know you. Accommodations have always been clean; housekeeping is very receptive to requests. Location is prime for the area, there are many attractions within a 5 mile radius for all ages.

This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. My fiancee and I were here for work and stayed for 3 nights. Sarah was phenomenal!! She was extrrmext polite and helpful, definitely an amazing employee. The breakfast was better than other continentals we have had. The rooms were clean and very well maintained .If we come back to Youngstown, we will definitely stay here again! Keep up the great work!!

stayed there 7/7-7/9. Rooms were very clean. Shonda did an excellent job getting our rooms ready. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the buffet/dining area was always clean and neat. Would stay there again.

Cleanest hotel that I've been to in years! The staff was extremely friendly & were so nice to my toddler. The breakfast had fresh fruits & breads. Went there for a girls night with my daughter to go swimming. The pool was super clean, just wish it had stairs instead of a ladder. Overall best hotel I've been too!

We needed to use a pack-n-play from the hotel which I was very nervous about (being a major germaphobe) but they again exceeded my expectations. They have a cloth/breathable WASHABLE cover to go over the entire pack-n-play as well as a fitted sheet for the mattress.

The pool was warm & clean and they provided towels to use so you didn't need to bring your bath towel down.
(No hot tub tho)

They also have a nice store area that's open 24/7 for drinks & snacks.

Being out on the road all day we didn't know where or when we were pulling off for the night so I just used google maps to find local hotels- very happy we found Fairfield inn!

We always have a great stay at this Fairfield. The staff are all very friendly and helpful there. Pam that works in the breakfast buffet area has been there each time and she always smiles and we look forward to seeing and talking to her every morning. Hope that the Fairfield management recognize her friendly demeanor and service to their hotel guests !

I was in town for a wedding and most of my relatives were staying at the Fairfield so I made reservations. The hotel was very easy to find with Google maps and is located in the heart of town. There's a major mall about a mile from the hotel and many restaurants in the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. Free breakfast and beverages were offered. The hotel also has a pool and gym area as well as laundry facilities. The room was great. Very clean and includes iron, hair dryer, fridge, microwave and is very well stocked with soap, shampoo etc. Very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend this hotel.
