I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now so I figured it’d be a good time to leave a review.

Bought a car here and have been bringing it here for service ever since.

Friendly and Courteous Service. Good and caring people work here. There’s a main seating area where the reps come out and talk to the customers waiting so you can always hear what they’re talking about. After 5 years of listening, the consistency of this outstanding service has withstood the test of time.

My car has never had an issue after bringing it in for service here. It also helps that I’m well versed in how a car works and how often things should be maintained. However, after 5 years of listening, I’m certain they have a great culture here. Actually…twice they forgot to reset the warning lights after they fixed the issue but whatever. It means nothing 😂.

I suspect anyone who has had a bad experience was dealing with just a particular team member’s lack of skillsets, which is an unfortunate situation but, I can understand it’s easier to blame “Balise” in general bc the team members are reps of the brand.

We had a great experience at Balise Toyota. Our salesperson, Jonathan, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. So excited that a Highlander Hybrid was on the lot. Made an inquiry on the website and shortly after received a phone call and made an appointment to come in that day. When I got there I worked with Jonathan Peniche, he was very knowledgeable. I ordered my vehicle and he reached out every week on the status of my order. This was the best and straight forward experience I've had at a dealer.

I had a great experience at Balise Toyota in Warwick. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Jonathan listened to what I needed in my next vehicle and showed me appropriate options within my price range. Savant went out of his way to talk through my financial requirements and made sure I left with a situation I was comfortable with. Farokh was personable and clearly competent in his work. In general, I felt like I was working with authentic people who wanted to make sure I got what I needed.

Buying my new car at Balise Toyota was easily the best dealer experience I have ever had. The SmartPath feature made it so stress free and straight forward, since I had my price before even walking in. The best part though? I got to buy my Supra 3.0 Premium with no dealer markup from genuine auto enthusiasts. Working with Jonathan and Savanh felt nothing like dealing with salesman, it was more like catching up with the guys at a car meet.
